Rain looked like a curtain of water, separating the interior of the car from the outside world.
The outside couldn’t see in.
Nor could the inside see out.
Because the car wasn’t started, there was no air conditioning or ventilation.

Cheng Zhu’s hands started to touch Zhang Qiqi’s waist.
Between dancing and yoga, her dancer’s waist possessed an astonishing elasticity.
Zhang Qiqi, fully resigned to the moment, had raised her hands up, causing the hem of her already short white camisole to lift.
Cheng Zhu’s large hand fit perfectly over it.
And his two raised thumbs slid under the hem of the shirt and into the straps.
