Zack, hearing such ominous words, walked away sullenly.
Over the weekend, Purple stayed with Alexander at the mountain villa, not aware of Nathaniel’s situation.
In the evening, they received a call, saying Nathaniel had gone to see the psychiatrist recommended by Jade Carlson.

“It’s beautiful,” Alexander said seriously, a rarity for him, “My Purple is the most beautiful.”
Purple glanced at him with the corner of her eye and smiled, her eyes brimming with light, “Oh, then do you think Purple is pretty, or is Purple pretty?”
