Mo Zihan sighed. He understood what Ying Yue was trying to do when she started talking to Mo Jia. He wanted his sister to figure out her feelings properly before they moved to the issue of Tang Yichen impregnating a woman.
But things did not go as she expected as he could see that his sister was muddle-headed at this moment and she just wanted to dodge this topic.
Before they could say anything, the doorbell rang.
"I'll go check who is it.." Mo Zihan frowned as he stood up from the couch before walking towards the door.
The people who knew the address to his place could be counted in one hand. So, who could be it?
As he opened the door, what greeted him was the sight of Tang Yichen's dark face.
Mo Zihan was lost in his thoughts if he should greet the man as 'brother-in-law' or not as he was not sure if he has cheated on his sister or if it was just a misunderstanding.
Tang Yichen did not say anything to him but instead looked around. His gaze locked onto his target as he entered inside.
Looking at Ying Yue who was sitting with her back facing towards him, he paused for a moment.
"Who is it.." The rest of her words got stuck in her throat when Ying Yue turned around and saw who it was. She could almost imagine some darks clouds hovering above Tang Yichen's head.
Since she was sitting in the way and there was a coffee table that prevented Tang Yichen from walking towards Mo Jia, it did not take long for her to figure out why was the man not doing anything and standing like a statue.
She was blocking his path. Damn! She gulped before standing up from the couch, giving sufficient way to the man.
Ying Yue walked towards the other side before standing beside Nian Zhen who was wearing a solemn expression.
Mo Jia felt her heartbeats quickening at the sight of Tang Yichen. She had not expected him to be here? What was he doing here? She wanted to ask him but the intensity in his eyes seemed to be forbidding her from speaking anything.
Tang Yichen narrowed his eyes as he stood in front of her. Without saying anything, he bent down to her level. One of his arms wrapped around her waist while the other below her hips, he threw the woman onto his shoulder.
"Brother-in-law.."
"Young Master Tang, you can't.."
"Shh.." Ying Yue held Nian Zhen's hand who looked like he was ready to fight with Tang Yichen as she glared at Mo Zihan, "What do you think you both are doing? They are a married couple, so stop trying to meddlesome here," she said, stopping them in their tracks.
Couldn't they see Brother Tang's dark face? Were they trying to court death?
Mo Zihan's lips slightly puckered up before he finally gave in to her. Whatever the truth was, it would be best if both of them faced each other and talked about it. He turned around to look at Ying Yue but his attention was caught by something else.
He glared at Ying Yue before averting his gaze to Nian Zhen, "Zhenzhen, how long are you going to hold my girlfriend's hand?" He coldly asked, one could sense the sourness in his voice.
"_" Zhenzhen? Ying Yue was speechless at that.
The poor bodyguard, who was contemplating if he should protect his Young Miss from her husband or not snapped back to his senses at Mo Zihan's accusations.
He quickly distanced himself from Ying Yue, "I apologize for it," He bowed.
Ying felt guilty as she shook her head, "What are you apologizing for? It was me who held your hand," She was just trying to stop you both from doing something impulsive. Mo Zihan was calmer but Nian Zhen looked like he was going for a battle so she just held his hand to stop him from doing anything.
Mo Zihan's eyes widened at her declaration, "YouWhy did you hold his hand?"
Ying Yue looked at the man as if he had grown another head on his shoulder. "Because I wanted to seduce him," she sarcastically said before looking at Nian Zhen from head to toe, "Just look at him A perfect example of 'tall, dark and handsome', what a fresh piece of meat!" she joked.
Nian Zhen: "_" I swear to heavens that I am innocent, Second Young Master, you mustn't glare at me like that.
Mo Zihan glared daggers at Nian Zhen. The man indeed looked like a piece of meat.
He suddenly looked like he has drunk a jar of vinegar, "Nian Zhen, I bet your wife must be waiting for you at home," He emphasized the term 'wife' so that his Yueyue would not have that kind of thoughts regarding him.
Nian Zhen shivered at his tone. "Second Young Master, Second Young Mistress, have a good night," He bowed before turning around to leave.
'Second Young Mistress,' While Ying Yue felt somewhat strange to be addressed in that way, Mo Zihan was more than happy at the sound of it.
Suddenly reminded of something, he walked towards Ying Yue who was thinking about something. He did not give her a chance to react as pushed her to the couch before pinning her down himself.
Her eyes widened at first when she was suddenly pushed. She instinctively closed her eyes but her eyes snapped open when she did not feel any pain.
He bit her chin before looking at her, "You are not allowed to seduce anyone," He said.
She hooked her arms around his neck, trying to calm her racing heart, "Why?" she whispered, her hot breath fanning his lips.
"You can only seduce me," He said, his tone somewhat childish but that expression was serious than ever.
"Okay."
His eyes widened at that. Did she just say okay?
His gaze deepened as he tilted his head downwards but before his lips could touch hers, she turned her face to the side causing him to kiss her cheek.
