Mo Yuhan agreed to Ethan's condition because he did not know how to deal with the current outbursts of emotions within him. He wanted to wrap up the work as soon as possible.
"But" Ethan spoke up, "You should choose a partner for yourself as I'll be teaming up with this pretty lady here." Saying that, he pointed his chin towards Tang Li, "Would it be troublesome for you, Miss?"

She glanced at the man who had gloomy dark clouds hovering above his head.

A cold aura emanated off the man before he regained his composure. He casually leaned back on the seat as he stretched one of his legs out.
And, thanks to her heels, Tang Li successfully lost her balance.

"We don't know each other but I can't let her fall in front of me. It's basic manners."

She pushed herself away from his embrace, "It was indeed my fault for losing balance earlier. Thank you for helping me, Mr. Mo."

Tang Li ignored his sulky face as she stood up from his lap.
