Tang Li did not want to retort but in the end, those words still came out of her mouth, "He is so soft-hearted. Don't call him devil," She wondered if she should do something about him being referred to as the devil.
But then she tamped the urge to do anything. 'Tang Li Tang Li Are you bewitched by him to this extent? That man has messed up your mind.'

Mark almost puked a mouthful of blood. Wasn't this woman shameless? Brag about your man if you want to but why would spout such wild fantastical statements?

"NoNot at all sweetie, I was talking about your Uhm.. mood swings," He got up to his feet before looking at the woman cautiously. Women. Indeed are the deadliest creature that ever existed.
At other times, he would have enjoyed bickering with Tang Li but right now she seemed to be a ticking time bomb. One second more and she will blast.

"We'll discuss all that later," She said. She still many things she had to ask him about like how he managed to enter inside the villa. The security system installed here was top-notch and she was sure of that.
"Fine fine. What do you want to eat?" He yawned, deciding to freshen up after talking to the chef.
"Shark soup for breakfast. Marinated Mako shark for lunch. Seven spiced shark steaks for dinner." Without looking back at his dumbfounded self, the woman entered the bathroom slamming the door shut behind her.

The breakfast table was quiet as Tang Li looked at the dishes served in front of her. Toasted muffins, eggs benedict and pancakes, and maple syrup. It was something she usually preferred.
She passed the eggs and juice to Mark, "Eat more, you will feel a bit energized."
When she did not ask about shark dishes, he quickly explained to himself, "Eating too much shark meat is not good for your health."
"Enough talking, eat more," She patted his striking silver hair, feeling guilty for snapping at him earlier. Neither was she a fan of sharks, she was just vexed earlier.
Si Xiu and Li Yu exchanged glances but they remained quiet in the end. Tang Li had been ignoring them since yesterday. When Li Yu drove towards the resort they were residing at, she stopped them from going there. And it took her a few minutes to purchase a new villa and she even got someone to move over their luggage.
After moving to this place, she ignored both of them and went upstairs.
It made Si Xiu feel guilty. Even if Mo Yuhan was her cousin's husband, maybe she should not have left her alone. In the end, it was her responsibility to ensure her safety.
"President," She coyly called out, trying to get Tang Li's attention from the white-haired man.
Tang Li indifferently glanced at her, "What is it?" She asked.

Tang Li sighed. Mo Yuhan's attitude frustrated her too much yesterday. It felt like the man had everything under his control. And no matter how she tried, things won't work out as she wanted.
Li Yu worked under him so it was fine for the man to obey him but Si Xiu was her secretary, but he managed to make her stay back for whatever reason and she wondered if everything around her was controlled like that. That vexed her.
Before she could say something, a notification popped up on her phone, successfully diverting her attention...
"Hey, sweetie, let's go out to play today," Mark spoke up. They had a lot to catch up about and it has been a long time since he spent some quality time with his dearie.
Si Xiu pouted. Seems like cousin is still angry, she thought to herself upset for getting a cold shoulder.
Just when Mark thought that Tang Li won't reply, she looked up at him and nodded, surprising him in the process, "I'll go where you want me to. But later, join me for shopping."
"Since when did you start liking that? I remember you considered shopping as trouble," Mark stated.
"I just want to shop, can't I?" She elegantly sipped her juice.
"Of course you can. Who said you can't?" Mark smiled.
"President, can you join too?" Si Xiu's pitiful voice chimed in.
And Tang Li somehow found it difficult to ignore this cute secretary of hers, "Go get ready. We'll be leaving in five minutes."
Si Xiu bolted up from the chair before dashing inside her room before her cousin could change her mind.
"I'll bring my phone too," Li Yu stood up from the chair.
