The massive katana hoisted in Kailen’s hands sizzled with immolating lightning , large arcs of blue lightning of several kilometers lunging towards the approaching leviathan.
The arcs of lightning pierced it’s draconic chest, streaming across it’s collosal body.
The monstrosity screeched in pain for the first time ,it’s serpentine body undulating with maddened ferocity.
It let out a roar so loud that the world itself seemed to squirm in fear, as it lunged it’s web like claws towards the human that had dared to wound it, a collosal ball of reddish energy accompanying the claw.
Kailen did not move, he stood still, eyes closed,mind calm, rage stirring.
Then, his voice, barely a whisper, echoed.
The worldly natural energy soaked the katana with sizzling azure lightning.
Then ,he swung the katana, a straightforward, lethal slash.
A beam of lightning followed the slash, tearing through all it came across.
Sea creatures perished.

A stalemate, a fight for dominance .
The reddish ball of energy gave way, no it was swallowed. It disappeared.
The claw, however didn’t. And yet, it a spray of black acrid blood, a rain to precise . The collosal leviathan’s intimidating claw, that could topple regions into oblivion, had been cleaved into two.

It cleaved the towering monstrousity from the chest region into two it’s dark ginormous beating heart being sentenced into oblivion.
The monstrosity ’s golden eyes grew dim, it’s upper half sliding off its lower half.

The dead creature fell into the ocean, causing massive waves to erupt, vibrations akin to an apocalypse descending ensuing.
Kailen did not stand on ceremony .
Quickly, the body of the dead Diabolic beast that had slid into the ocean disappeared, entering the storage ring.
" One down" Kailen muttered ,then dissapeared.
Charles moved with swift dexterity, riding on gales of wind.
His dual katana cleaved life after life , the lethality of his blades further enhanced by the wind blades coating the dual katanas.
He performed aerial movements , his katanas landing on the eye of a massive A ranked diabolic beast.
The creature screamed in pain,losing its balance, a spray of red blood gushing out of its right eye .
The monstrosity lost its balance, as its attacker, a phantom , a gale to be precise ,destroyed it’s other eye.
Charles went for its neck next as the creature threw its massive humanoid arms around in a direction less manner, having lost its vision.
Two slices, head flies.
The headless creature slammed into a deserted skyscraper , which further crashed into others, a scene akin to an apocalypse ensuing. As skyscrapers fell like rain.
The creature fell with a massive thud, sending massive shockwaves through the ground.
Charles landed on the ground, not even sparing the dead monstrosity another glance.
" How are things there Arrie " He asked , speaking through the special device for communication Angela has handed over to them.
Arrie responded from the other end " We are outnumbered. Micheal is handling the D ranked Beasts whiles I’m handling the C ranked ones and the ones up to the B rank, we need reinforcements. Most of the students with us are now injured, being tended to by healers. The ones fighting are barely holding on, as they are inexperienced in battle.
The reinforcements sent to assist us have been intercepted by a swarm of diabolic beasts"

Micheal’s figure flashed on the battlefield, his silhouette akin to an azure light.
The sword in his hand slashed towards a gorilla looking D ranked diabolic beast.
However the creature seemed immovable ,unperturbed , grabbing hold of the sword.
" Shit" He cursed, narrowly evading the muscular crash of the creature’s right upper limb towards him.
Landing a few distances away from his current location, he clicked his hand .
His sword being held by the towering gorilla now approaching him sizzled with lightning all of a sudden.
The creature stood rooted in the same spot, it’s movements frozen, lightning coursing through its body from the sword it held.
Micheal moved with swift speed, appearing before the creature rooted in the same spot and paralysed by the lighting.
He clutched the hilt of his sword firmly, slicing it through the hands of the creature with force as his muscles tightened .
Sword now free from the paralysed creature’s grip, he followed with a diagonal slice through its abdomen, an ocean of blood gushing out of its abdomen.
The creature seemed to have gone berserk, recovering from its shock.
It hit it’s chest in anger , letting our a massive howl.
Micheal performed a backflip , separating the distance between him and the creature.
The monstrosity lunged towards Micheal, who had a wide grin plastered on his face .
The moment the creature crossed a certain distance, a formation seemed to have flickered to life, revealing 6 floating papers glowing with golden light in a a hexagonal gonal pattern.
Webs of sizzling lightning shot from each of the papers floating several meters apart from each other towards the center of the formation, trapping the D ranked gorilla beast in the air.
The lightning intensified ,electrocuting the beast completely paralysed and helpless, now completly in the wraps of the formation.
A few seconds later, the diabolic beasts dropped dead, charred , a mere husk of its former self.
" I can’t believe you turned out to be a formation master. You are so skilled that you even managed to create a C ranked formation to deal with this beast. You are a monster "
Arrie muttered from the side, having dealt with a B ranked diabolic beast herself , catching her breath.
