Being in Thomas’ position would certainly be very difficult and surprising. Throughout the day he continued to hear his master’s languid breathing, while in the afternoon his master went into a rage only to hear that his wife wanted to be taken by another man. Especially that man was his wife’s ex-fiancé who was his mortal enemy too.
Thomas patted his waist, feeling stiff due to the shock of hearing his master’s shouting which suddenly broke the silence in the palace defense minister’s office. It could be said that he would rather his master continue to remain silent rather than throwing a tantrum over a small matter. For now, he prefers to remain silent rather than having his life threatened by interrupting a quite tense telephone conversation.
"Sarah, now I want to ask you. How did Harris know that I was planning to divorce Claudia?"
"From what I heard, Harris found out from a close friend named Brian."
Harry slapped his forehead. He just remembered that his adoptive father had also asked Brian’s father for help several times in dealing with his problems. Therefore, it is not surprising that Brian is close friends with Harris.
"Then, does Harris plan to spread this news?"
"No. But, he insists on making your wife become his wife. What should we do, Harry? Do you want to leave it alone?"
"What certain is that your task now is to listen to their conversation until the end. Don’t let your movements be caught off guard!"
Harry ended the telephone conversation quickly then put his cell phone roughly on the table. He groaned as he ruffled his hair. For the first time he went berserk without thinking clearly just because he heard that his woman wanted to be snatched away openly. In fact, he didn’t understand why he could act so childish all of a sudden even though he had been able to hold it in all this time?
Meanwhile, Thomas tried to hold back his laughter until his face turned red. However, the Duke’s eagle gaze made him act professional again.
"I’m sorry," whispered Thomas, looking down nervously.
Harry folded his arms. "By the way, you didn’t reveal this big secret to anyone, right?"
"Why did I do it! If I really reveal your secret, I will die in your hands now."
On the one hand, Harry took another deep breath. He squeezed his shirt and felt his heart beating fast as if it was going to explode. His breath began to get short of breath at the thought of his wife being snatched by Harris openly in front of him, making his anger almost explode.
"You worried about her?" Thomas asked quietly.
Harry’s forehead furrowed. "What do you mean?"
"Even though you suddenly want a divorce, you actually really love her, right?"
"I..." Harry blinked nervously while holding his chest.
"Just admit it, Harry. Actually, lately you don’t have the heart to torture your own wife, right?"
"I...was actually training her to live without me."
"Then why did you get angry when you heard that your wife had been taken by another man? That shows you really love Claudia. If a person truly falls in love, he will love her to death."

On the other hand, the atmosphere in the hotel’s main director’s room was still tense, so Sarah decided to stay guard at the door. She only hoped that her master could solve this trivial problem well without her husband’s help.
Claudia was still standing opposite her ex-fiancé. She was quite fed up all day with two love problems. In the past, she really liked reading romantic love triangle novels or Korean love triangle dramas when she was still living in the real world. Now she understands the main character’s feelings every time she faces two men who want to take her.
"I’m sorry, Harris. I cannot accept your proposal."
"Is it because you still hate me?"
Claudia shook her head. "Not because you cheated on me."
"Then, because of what?" Harris glared. "Don’t tell me you still love Harry!"
"Not because of that either. But, I want to be alone for now. I don’t want anyone to suddenly propose to me. This is the true decision of my heart."
Harris still looks confident even though he was openly dumped. His right hand spontaneously patted his ex’s shoulder. "Okay, I won’t force you anymore. But, if you want to come back to me again, I won’t refuse."
"I beg you, don’t confuse my heart."
"I won’t bother you anymore. I will make sure that the news of this divorce is known only to me."
Harris took the initiative to walk out of the hotel’s main director’s room while bowing politely to Sarah. Actually, Sarah was curious about what her master was discussing with her ex because towards the end of the conversation, their voices could not be heard.
Sarah returned to the hotel’s main director’s room while looking at her master who was sobbing. She was worried that her master’s heart would be hurt by her ex again in the midst of her worst times.
"Claudia, what’s wrong with you? Did Harris hurt your feelings again?"
Claudia shook her head. "No. I just rejected him again."
"But, why are you crying?"
"Because I miss Harry. Actually, all day long I miss his always gentle attitude towards me. I’m sick of acting strong when in fact my heart is still fragile. Moreover, at breakfast this morning, he treated me as a stranger."
Actually, Sarah wanted to tell how Harry felt when he heard the news of this sudden proposal. However, she did not want to interfere any further because this problem should be resolved by them.

Once again, Claudia returned to her residence without being picked up by Harry. She felt that her husband’s recent cruel behavior was truly unforgivable. Moreover, what they did all night seemed meaningless to Harry. This is what made Claudia lazy to interact with Harry when she arrived at her residence.
It didn’t take long to return home, Claudia entered her dark and quiet residence. When she turned on the living room lights, she was greeted by her husband, who had been waiting for her to come home. Seeing the angry look on her husband’s face made her legs start to shake. She was confused about what else would make her husband angry again.
"So, what was your answer when Harris suddenly proposed to you?"
