“No need, report directly to me,” He Jingyao said flatly.
“Okay, I’ll send you a copy too.”
“No, what I mean is, I’ve taken over the technical work for this application,” the man said, curling his lips slightly.
Su Zixi’s eyes widened, and her mouth opened in surprise, pleasing him greatly.
“What, any objections?” he asked leisurely.
Su Zixi frantically shook her head, “No, no! I just think… such a minor thing, you really don’t need to handle it…”
“Just tinkering around,” he said, wrapping his arm around her waist, his voice deep, “Stay here this afternoon and report directly to me.”
