After a while, he smiled faintly, "So you’re saying she’s already back in Country S?"
"... No, let her be," He Jingyao looked out the window, his lips curling slightly, "Keep an eye on her whereabouts, and no matter where she goes, make sure to inform me."
After hanging up, he looked thoughtfully at his phone.
This woman really did run away, he thought, holding his phone and chuckling.
Turning his head, the little guy was staring intently at him.
"What’s up?" He Jingyao raised an eyebrow.

"You should call me Uncle," his gaze deepened.
This little guy, so sweet with Adam, yet so direct with him... calling him by his name?
Struggling briefly, the little guy still didn’t call him uncle, "So, do you have a wife?"
He Jingyao suddenly laughed, "Not at the moment."
After a pause, he added, "But I will soon."
"I want to recommend my mom to you," he heaved a serious sigh, "but I’m afraid it would upset my dad."
He Jingyao ruffled his hair, "Better leave your mom for your dad."
