“You eat your meals properly.” He warned her with a glance.
“I’ll feed him.” He Jingyao said dispassionately, rolling up his sleeves to reveal his firm forearms and staring at his son, “Come here.”
Just feeding his son, this man exuded an air of utter supremacy.
Xiaobao was intimidated and came over obediently, “Daddy…”
“Open your mouth.” He Jingyao commanded blandly.
He quickly opened his mouth wide.
And so, spoon by spoon, in no time at all, the bowl of rice was eaten clean by Xiaobao, who throughout the meal kept a straight face, sometimes struggling to chew before being forced to take another spoonful, eating with great difficulty.
Zhixi watched in amazement, seeing her son’s pitiable yet dare not plead expression, she couldn’t help but laugh inwardly.
After finishing the bowl of rice, He Jingyao finally showed a faint smile, “Do you still want daddy to feed you next time?”
The little guy struggled to swallow the last bite of rice, his eyes brimming with tears as he shook his head, “No more.”
“But what if you don’t eat well?” He Jingyao prompted gently.
“I will definitely eat well!” He quickly raised his hand to swear, his little face couldn’t look more serious.
He Jingyao, satisfied, patted his head, “That’s my good boy.”
The little guy hurried back to his own seat, dished himself a bowl of soup, and started drinking with a spoon obediently.
Zhixi stared dumbfounded, the little guy often refused to eat properly, and she had put in a lot of effort trying to correct this bad habit, but she didn’t expect it to be corrected by He Jingyao just like that?
Seeing her holding her chopsticks in a daze, the man smiled slightly, “Do you want me to feed you too, hmm?”
