Huo Yanzhao quickly changed the topic, "By the way, there’s a rumor now that you’re not part of the He family... that’s just absurd. What on earth are you up to?"
"How am I up to anything? I’m clearly the biggest victim here." He Jingyao curved his lips.

With his relaxed and content demeanor accompanied by his wife and child, a victim?

"Yanhui?" He Jingyao raised an eyebrow.

"I suspect partly to prevent Ye Shutong from acting against you, partly due to his obsession. He simply can’t let go of that woman." Huo Yanzhao clicked his tongue.
He Jingyao paused to think, "Relay back to him not to worry. I’m aware of what Zhuo Yuwei might do."
Huo Yanzhao nodded, "That’s good."
Their conversation was interrupted when Zhixi came over holding freshly brewed coffee and tea, placing them in front of Huo Yanzhao. "Brother Huo, please enjoy."
