Of course, Xie Xuanchen was fluid with his comebacks when it came to topics like this. He half-coaxed Mu Mingtang to lie down, “It’s almost the same anyways. Plus, I need to apply the medication, so it would be inconvenient for me to close my eyes.”
As Xie Xuanchen said, he went to undo Mu Mingtang’s lapel with a sense of justice. She was now in her long undergarments, which were already loosening. Currently, he skillfully worked his way around the fabric and said, “If it hurts, don’t try to bear it; tell me immediately.”
Embarrassed to the extreme but in a calm headspace, Mu Mingtang laid down on the bed and covered her face in a desperate attempt. As long as she couldn’t see it, she could pretend that the things that were happening never existed. Xie Xuanchen had seen Mu Mingtang’s back a long time ago. At that time, he was still very restrained and didn’t dare to glance randomly. He only remembered that her skin was astonishingly fair and soft.
Xie Xuanchen thought he was mentally prepared, but when he saw it again, his mind went blank for a moment. Mu Mingtang laid obediently on the bed, covering his eyes, as if she was letting him do whatever he wanted. Xie Xuanchen tightened his fingers, pulled out the medicine bottle restrainedly and applied the ointment to his hands.
When Xie Xuanchen’s fingers touched her skin, his sense of restraint became much more obvious. Mu Mingtang’s back was slender and fair, her skin was supple and her curves were smooth yet graceful, paired with a fatally enticing curve on her waist. Xie Xuanchen’s fingers lingered along the arc to her lower back as his eyes became darker and darker.
Her back was like a high-quality jade, but now, the originally spotless jade was stained with bits of black-blue spots. The sides of her waist from behind was especially bruised, looking like it was pinched out by someone’s fingers. Xie Xuanchen’s fingers slid across these marks, as light as a feather and could not linger.
Mu Mingtang closed her eyes in despair. At first, Xie Xuanchen applied the medicine well, but later his fingers became more and more teasing, rubbing back and forth in one place. A shudder ran up Mu Mingtang’s back as she couldn’t bear it any longer. She covered her face and complained in a low voice, “What are you doing?!”
Xie Xuanchen’s purpose was exposed, so he simply threw the medicine bottles aside and took the initiative to reveal his true intention, “The medicine will only be effective after taking a bath. Now, we would have to wash it off anyways, so it would make more sense to apple it later.”
Mu Mingtang was surprised, never expecting him to attack suddenly. She instinctively put her arms around her shoulders. However, now that her clothes were not on her body, Mu Mingtang couldn’t even turn over, “You clearly agreed…”
“I didn’t say anything,” Xie Xuanchen pressed down and seeing Mu Mingtang’s panicked eyes that looked like a rabbit, he laughed happily, “I promise I won’t hurt you again. I won’t touch you this time, okay? Don’t worry.”
Even though he said this, Xie Xuanchen was thinking that training the amount of restraint in his strength was urgent— he couldn’t afford to delay it.
A candle burned slowly, when suddenly, the wick flickered and the flame flickered violently. There was not a single person other than the duo to be seen in the magnificent Yulin Palace as only a faint voice sounded from under the drapes in the innermost room.
Finally, a man’s clear and pleasant voice passed through the room, as if he was discussing with someone, “Move up a bit. Otherwise, it’s not deep enough.”
“Otherwise, I’ll do it myself.”
