Mu Mingtang’s gaze was too obvious. Xie Xuanchen wrote a line of words in front of her before he put down the brush and said, “Listen to the lesson carefully, don’t be distracted by looking at me.”
Mu Mingtang reacted and was annoyed, “Who’s looking at you?”
Xie Xuanchen couldn’t help laughing and wanted to pinch her face again, “Why are you so easy to tease? You seem to explode at the slightest teasing.”
Mu Mingtang knew that she had been deceived by him again. With a fierce expression, she packed up her things quickly. Today’s scriptures have been finished and she seemed to understand them well enough. Since there was a lot to think about once she went home, Mu Mingtang didn’t want to waste time in the school, so she immediately started to keep her things and leave.
For the first time, Xie Xuanchen found that the time in class had passed so quickly. Seeing her so anxious, he deliberately held down her brush, “Are you leaving just like that?”
Mu Mingtang tried to pull the brush with all her strength, but no matter how hard she tried, Xie Xuanchen’s fingertips didn’t move. She gave up. “Repay?” Mu Mingtang was surprised and couldn’t speak clearly for a while, “Didn’t you insist on teaching me? I didn’t ask you to.”
“That doesn’t matter,” Xie Xuanchen suddenly saw that Mu Mingtang was carrying a purse, so he immediately leaned over to pull it over. Mu Mingtang glared at him, hard. When Xie Xuanchen saw her eyes burning brightly, he just wanted to bully her more excessively. He took the purse in his hand and suddenly swung it in front of Mu Mingtang, “Want to take it back?”
Mu Mingtang immediately reached out to grab it, but Xie Xuanchen was prepared. He pulled back his palm and grabbed her hand with one of his own. Mu Mingtang had never seen such a bad person. Angrily, she stood up to try and reclaim the purse from him.
“Give it back to me!”
At this time, Xie Xuanchen showcased his unique martial arts talent. He sat on the chair without moving, but Mu Mingtang never managed to even touch the edge of the purse. In the end, Xie Xuanchen merely looked at her leisurely and smiled, “If you call me ‘brother’, I will give it back to you.”
