Mu Mingtang was so angry that she didn’t even have an adequate expression to express her rage any longer. Giving him a cold glare, she put away her things with force and turned away.
Xie Xuanchen sighed regretfully, “You still don’t want to call me brother.”
Xie Xuanchen stood up while playing with the purse. When he turned around, he saw Xie Xuanji and Jiang Mingwei staring at him in astonishment. The noise he made just now when he was fighting with Mu Mingtang was quite loud. Xie Xuanchen did not feel any guilt for disrupting the class and behaving improperly. He was too lazy to even talk to the two of them and was about to leave.
Now that Little Begonia had left, it was meaningless to stay in the school. It would be better to go to the military camp to find someone to fight with.
The teacher turned a blind eye to this, but Xie Xuanji could not help it and called out to Xie Xuanchen with a sullen face, “Second Brother.”
Xie Xuanchen turned around slightly, “Hmm?”
“The purse in your hand… the purse is a woman’s personal belongings. It may not be appropriate for you to hold it.”

That night, Xie Yi went to bed early in the study. Not long after he fell asleep, he suddenly woke up from his dream drenched in cold sweat.
After he opened his eyes and saw the bed curtains, he was stunned for a long time.
Xie Yi sat up slowly and saw a large rosewood table in the room. The whole wall behind it was a bookshelf, on which military books, maps, and writings were placed in an orderly manner.
Although the room was majestic, it was obviously not the imperial palace.

Xie Yi suddenly stood up when he thought of something. The servants outside heard the noise and came in to serve him, “General, why did you wake up? Please forgive us servants for not serving you well.”
Xie Yi didn’t want to listen to them. He waved his hand randomly and asked immediately, “What year is it now?”
The maids didn’t understand why the general forgot the year after just sleeping. They lowered their heads and said, “Replying to the General, it is the 4th year of Heping.”
The 4th year of Heping was still the time when Emperor Gong was in power.
Xie Yi’s lips moved, but when the words came to his lips, he didn’t dare to ask, “Where is the Madam…and my son?”
