Tantai Wanrong suddenly heard heavy breathing coming from behind and, startled, she quickly straightened up, turned around, and her gaze met two burning eyes.

Soon the call connected, and Zhao Tianya’s scolding came through, “You little rascal, disappeared for months, and finally decided to show up? Do you know how many times I’ve called you in vain?”
“Hehe, thanks for your concern, Sister Ya,” Ye Fan laughed, “How have you been recently?”
“Of course, I’m great!” Zhao Tianya cooed, “Where are you now?”
“Hua Hai,” Ye Fan laughed, “Are you free? Let’s meet up. It’s been a long time, I kind of miss you.”
“Only kind of miss me? That’s heartless!” Zhao Tianya coquettishly said, “Where shall we meet?”
Ye Fan pondered for a moment, then said, “Let’s meet at Tianfei Night Club. It’s been a long time since I’ve been there.”
“Sure!” Zhao Tianya crisply responded, “I’ll get ready and come out immediately.”
After hanging up the phone, Ye Fan took a deep breath and drove towards Tianfei Night Club.
Twenty minutes later, Ye Fan entered Tianfei Night Club, sat down in a private booth, and ordered two bottles of high-end red wine, along with some snacks and a fruit platter.
When the ordered items were brought over, Ye Fan opened the red wine, filled his glass to the brim, and then drank it all in one go.
After finishing a full glass of red wine, he poured half a glass of red wine, tasting it absentmindedly while watching the beautiful women dancing in the dance floor.
About ten minutes later, Zhao Tianya finally arrived.
She was dressed in a pink tight-fitting bodycon minidress, her long jade legs sheathed in flesh-colored stockings, and wearing a pair of red pointed stiletto heels. Her long hair was piled high, revealing her slender, snowy neck. The low-cut neckline dazzled Ye Fan’s eyes with glimpses of her fair skin, radiating a mature and seductive aura from head to toe.
“Hehe, do I look good?” Zhao Tianya asked with a coquettish and proud smile, seemingly unconcerned by Ye Fan’s aggressive gaze scanning her entire body.
Ye Fan diverted his gaze, smiled, and nodded, saying, “Very sexy, very beautiful.”
Giggling delightedly, Zhao Tianya’s laughter caused almost every man in the hall to drop their eyes to the floor.
After laughing, she walked to the sofa across from Ye Fan.
“Don’t sit across,” Ye Fan spoke then, “Come sit next to me.”
“Sure!” Zhao Tianya replied with a flirtatious smile and turned to walk towards Ye Fan.
Ye Fan stepped aside to make it easier for Zhao Tianya to sit inside.
After they sat side by side, Ye Fan started pouring red wine for Zhao Tianya and refilled his nearly empty glass as well.
During that time, Zhao Tianya asked with a smile, “When did you get back?”
“What if I said today, would you believe me?” Ye Fan replied with a smile while pouring the wine.
“Go on, you think I’m a three-year-old!” Zhao Tianya said disbelievingly, adjusting her posture and inching closer to Ye Fan.
Suddenly, she sniffed sharply twice and frowned slightly, “I smell Big Sister on you.”
Ye Fan’s wine pouring slowed for a moment, then he laughed, “Are you a dog? This is a nightclub; what smell isn’t here?”
From Zhao Tianya’s reaction, Ye Fan was quite certain that Tantai Wanrong hadn’t called Zhao Tianya for dinner. Thus, he wouldn’t be foolish enough to let Zhao Tianya know that Tantai Wanrong hadn’t invited her.
“I wouldn’t mistake Big Sister’s scent,” Zhao Tianya asserted confidently, then leaned in closer to try to get a clearer smell.
Just then, Ye Fan suddenly wrapped his arm around Zhao Tianya’s slender waist, pulling her abruptly into his embrace.
Zhao Tianya clearly did not expect Ye Fan to do this and let out a startled cry. She quickly struggled out of Ye Fan’s embrace, pressing her voice down and said, “Don’t make a scene here; this is a public place. If you keep this up, everyone will think I’m an escort.”
“Hehe, I just missed you,” Ye Fan laughed, handing Zhao Tianya a glass of red wine and then lifting his own glass, clinking them together, “Come on, let’s drink.”
Hearing Ye Fan say that, Zhao Tianya couldn’t help but smile and said, “Okay, let’s drink up, at least I have you here if I get drunk.”
After downing a glass of red wine, Zhao Tianya, because of the earlier interruption, did not resume questioning whether Ye Fan had met with Tantai Wanrong first. Besides, after a glass of wine, her sense of smell wasn’t as sharp, so naturally, she stopped noticing the lingering scent of Tantai Wanrong on Ye Fan.
Next, they chatted and laughed while drinking red wine, enjoying a pleasant atmosphere.
