The heavy footsteps sounded.
The owner of the footsteps wasn’t the demon beast parasites, but a giant.
It was five meters tall, similar to a human in shape, with hands, feet, and torso, but its limbs were extremely long, and it held a stone spear in its hands, much like a wild man.
The giant’s head also closely resembled a human’s, except it lacked eyes; instead of eyes, there was a long slit, making it impossible to discern its gaze.
