"Have you decided? Do you really want to go with me?"
Miss Su did not want Feng Bai to regret her decision.
Feng Bai nodded firmly, "I don’t want Li Jingmo anymore, I only want my master, Feng Bai only wants her master."
Feng Bai hugged Su Qing tightly and whispered, "Feng Bai only wants her master, the master must not abandon Feng Bai."
"Alright, I will give you one more day to think it over. If you still want to go with me, I will take you away from here."
Feng Bai shook her head without hesitation, "Feng Bai wants to follow her master, no need to consider."
Su Qing smiled but did not speak. She still intended to give Feng Bai one night to think about it; tomorrow, she was planning to leave this place.
The next day, Su Qing got up early, while Feng Bai in the other room was still asleep. The hired aunty was busy preparing Su Qing’s breakfast. When she saw Su Qing come out, she smiled and called out, "Miss Su, why are you up so early today?"
Su Qing smiled gently toward the aunty, "Couldn’t sleep."
The aunty nodded, "Then please wait a moment, your breakfast will be ready soon."
Su Qing hummed in agreement. After the aunty finished preparing breakfast, Feng Bai smelled the aroma and finally got out of bed.
"Miss Su, you two take your time. I’ll go clean up."
Su Qing stopped the aunty who was about to clean, "No need, no cleaning today."
Su Qing took out a stack of money and handed it to the aunty. The aunty was taken aback, not understanding the gesture, then nervously said, "Miss Su, do you think there is something I’m not doing well, do you want to dismiss me?"
Su Qing shook her head and said with a smile, "It’s not like that, aunty. I may soon be leaving here, and this is the pay and a bonus for you. You have worked hard during this period."
"Miss Su is leaving here? Where are you heading?"
Su Qing nodded and placed the money in the aunty’s hand. Looking at the thick stack of bills, the aunty said, "Miss Su, this is too much, and besides, Young Master Fu has already paid my wages. You don’t need to give me more."
Su Qing looked at the aunty, not expecting that Fu Boyan had already given the wages to the aunty.
"It’s okay, just accept it. Consider it a reward from me."
The aunty found by Fu Boyan was extremely diligent; this was her reward.
Finally, the aunty accepted the money, looking at Su Qing with gratitude and reluctance. After helping Su Qing clean up the breakfast dishes, she left with difficulty. She had found the best employer she ever had, and feared she might never find such a generous and good-tempered employer again.
"Master, when are we leaving?"
Feng Bai approached Su Qing excitedly, glad to finally be able to leave this place. As long as she could be with her master, any place would do.
Feng Bai had long forgotten Li Jingmo, tucked away in the furthest corner of her mind. If Li Jingmo found out, who knew if he would catch Feng Bai and punish her harshly.
"We’re leaving today."
There was nothing here for her to cling to; any time was a good time to leave. If Feng Bai wanted to go with her, they had to leave early, lest they be discovered by Li Jingmo.
Initially, when Feng Bai left Li Jingmo, Su Qing was worried that she might be hurt or upset, and at first, had even advised Feng Bai against it. But once she learned that it was Li Jingmo’s mother who wanted Feng Bai to leave, she never repeated those words. Could a love that wasn’t recognized by parents be happy?
At the very least, Li Jingmo should realize Feng Bai’s importance. Since Feng Bai entered the space, their connection had become increasingly strong, which let Su Qing know that she and Feng Bai must have a very important relationship. Although both had forgotten their past memories, there must be a very important bond between them to have such a strong telepathic connection. Feng Bai’s unhappy emotions were transmitted into her mind, and she was unwilling to let Feng Bai be unhappy; of course, the only option was to torment Li Jingmo.
"Okay, wherever the master goes, I will go."
Su Qing nodded, looking at Feng Bai’s innocent and beautiful face, wishing she could always remain this way, never feeling pain over anything.
Returning to her room, she simply packed up everything, putting all the clothes and belongings into the space.
She took out her ID card, and as for Feng Bai, she had her hide in the space, fearing Li Jingmo might find out.
When she got into the taxi, Su Qing called Madam Fu to tell them that she was leaving. She thanked Madam Fu’s family for their care and concern. If there was anything they needed in the future, they could call her.
In the Fu Family home, Fu Limei was yawning as she came down the stairs; Fu Lixin and Madam Fu were chatting on the sofa. A phone call came in, and Madam Fu answered, her expression suddenly changing slightly as she quickly said to Su Qing on the other end, "Why do you suddenly want to leave?"
