“Please hurry up,” he stated coldly, one word at a time, stunning the doctor with his demeanor, completely unaware of why everyone was so agitated.
When Lu Wanwan left with Gu Annan, she was sweating from head to toe.
That large palm of his had pressed down on her mouth, not too light or heavy, forbidding her to speak again.
As she saw stars from the pain, she couldn’t hold back and bit down…
Neither of them spoke all the way out.
After getting into the car, Lu Wanwan sat restlessly, feeling the person beside her emanating an especially frigid aura, his breathing as sharp as knives.
