“Enough,” Bai Lingyun lifted his hand, “It seems you had already decided to leave the family because of this. I have nothing to say about it, do as you please.”
Bai Youchen’s gaze towards Lu Wanwan became somewhat complicated.
Before he could speak, Bai Lingyun turned his head to Lu Wanwan and said, “Last time I told you, we don’t have any melodramatic relative relationship. But now, you have one in front of you.”
Lu Wanwan was shocked, “You are… ”
“My name is Bai Youchen, you can call me Youchen,” Bai Youchen spoke in a feeble voice, “He’s a bit emotional toward me, that’s why he put it so bluntly to you. If you can’t accept it, I understand.”

Lu Wanwan looked at Bai Youchen’s complexion, “Then… take care and rest well, I’ll come to see you some other day.”
Following Bai Lingyun out of the hospital, she got into the car, “Couldn’t you have given me a heads up?”
Bai Lingyun didn’t start the car immediately, staring at the windshield, “You think I knew about it before you did? I had no idea why he left home. She couldn’t see the eyes behind the sunglasses, but after a moment, she saw his lips curve up, “If you regret it, you can always divorce, it’s no big deal.”

After his last words, the car window rolled up.
Lu Wanwan went to buy a new set of clothes and had just changed when she received a call from Gu Annan.
“You’re not at home?!” His tone seemed somewhat grave.
Lu Wanwan walked to the counter, while responding, she handed over a card, “I’m out.”
After swiping the card, the cashier said, “Please sign.”
She hummed in response.
The tone on the other end softened a bit, “Send me the address.”
“No need, I’ll be right back.” She signed her name, handing back the receipt.
There was silence on the other end for a moment, followed by a cool counter-question, “Are you going to tell me or not?”
She reluctantly gave the address, why so domineering!
