Shuman didn’t know what she had said wrong and lowered her head, "Then I’ll wait for you outside."
She quickly left the office and suddenly remembered something. Looking towards the elevator, she saw that the figure of the lady reporter was still there.

The elevator doors had already opened when Lu Wanwan heard someone calling and turned her head.
With a calm pace, Shuman walked out of the office, "Could you spare some time? I have a few questions to ask you."

Shuman found it odd that this young reporter, knowing who she was, didn’t come to fawn over her.

"Tell me." She felt the reporter’s attitude was somewhat strange but couldn’t pinpoint exactly what was off.
"It’s nothing much, just that the failure of his first marriage had a huge impact on him, leading him to develop a fear of marriage, hence he doesn’t plan to marry again."
Shuman’s face turned pale!
Did he really have no intentions of marrying?
