Her jaw was clenched tightly; it turned out that his lack of reaction to that video was because he simply felt he was being dishonest with himself.

He bent his neck to look at the person in his arms and, hooking his arm around her, pulled her into the room and kicked the door shut.
Lu Wanwan took a deep breath, raised her arms to create some distance between them, and said calmly, "I don’t know what you really want, but this isn’t fun at all. If I’m bothering you, please let me out."
Gu Annan looked at her for a moment before saying, "Knowing how to be jealous isn’t too hopeless."
"Think what you want..." she frowned, trying to push him away, but he only held her tighter.
Warm, soft lips landed on her forehead, "But I can’t just think what you want. I’ve told you I have nothing to do with her, not before, not now, and definitely not in the future."
"Gu Annan, you bastard!" Lu Wanwan, hearing that slow, seductive voice by her ear, lost her temper, "Do you think I’m blind!"
His lips curved into a strained smile as he dragged her deeper into the room, "If you’re not blind, then come in and take a good look."
The large bed was meticulously made, showing no sign of anyone having sat on it.
"Honestly, does this look like something happened?"

But then, why could Shuman enter his room late at night?

Earlier in Little Momo’s text messages, he had already learned that Lu Wanwan was outside.
Just opening the door would naturally let her see.
If she had shown no reaction, it would have been worrisome.
"Actually, you know well that nothing happened just now." Gu Annan lifted her small face, his eyes dangerously playful, "She was in and out in less than ten minutes. Or, are you doubting my capabilities?"

If the reporters had wanted a photo, they definitely could have captured the children.
Having photos of the children would certainly make more of a splash.
