Hearing Frances’s voice, Felix Shaw frowned impatiently, just about to speak, he felt he shouldn’t interrupt and was about to hang up, but on the other side, Frances didn’t give him a chance to speak and dropped a bombshell right away.
"...I’m pregnant, three months along, I’m in City T, I want to meet with you,"
"What does your pregnancy have to do with me!"
Out of impatience, Felix Shaw forgot about the presence of Mia Foster for a moment, and shouted in displeasure. "Miss, what does your being pregnant have to do with my fiancé?"

After ending the call, she tossed the phone back to Felix Shaw and glanced at him unfriendly, then turned to the driver in front, "Driver, please turn around, to Happiness Road."
"Eh, where are we going?"
Seeing the driver changing directions, Felix Shaw hurriedly asked, and Mia Foster coolly glanced at him, "To sort out your problematic affairs!"
Mia Foster felt she could set up a fortune-telling stall, jokingly suggesting to Felix Shaw to gather all his past women, and just after dealing with one, another showed up.
Happiness Road, an ordinary residential area, Frances decided to stay at a friend’s home to take care of her pregnancy since the friend and her husband had moved abroad, leaving the house in City T vacant.
Following the address given by Frances, the car stopped in front of an apartment building, and Mia Foster got out first, glanced at the building, and was about to step forward when she noticed Felix Shaw still seated in the car.
She walked back, tapped the car roof, "Get out!"

Felix Shaw said dismissively, eliciting a smack from Mia Foster; her hand on the car roof reached into the car and flicked Felix Shaw’s head, "Don’t you have a brain, she calls you just after we got engaged, how coincidental is that!"
