Felix Shaw pressed his fist against his lips and took a deep breath, as if suppressing a great deal of emotions. Suddenly, he strode down the steps, grabbed Mia Foster’s arm, and headed towards his car.
"Felix Shaw... what are you doing... let go..."
Mia Foster struggled while being forced to follow behind Felix Shaw. Walking quickly in her high heels, Felix Shaw’s face was expressionless as he indifferently said, "We’re going home."
"Felix Shaw, are you crazy? We’re in the middle of a divorce..."
"That’s just wishful thinking on your part." Felix Shaw glanced back at Mia Foster and continued to lead her towards his parked car.
Mia Foster felt powerless against Felix Shaw’s obstinate behavior, "Felix Shaw, you have plenty of women, why do you persistently cling to me!"
"You know it too." Mia Foster’s words made Felix Shaw stop. He turned his head to look down at her, grinding his teeth as he said, "Mia Foster, you freaking warned me not to interact with other women, and now, you are the only woman by my side, yet you still want to divorce me!"
"Hmph," a light sneer, Mia Foster said incredulously, "Felix Shaw, can you stop messing around? That little starlet, Elizabeth White, is already carrying your child and you still claim I’m the only woman by your side? Aren’t you embarrassed? Is your conscience really clear with such self-deception!"
Mia Foster poked at Felix Shaw’s chest with her finger, her words hitting him hard.
