"Inside, let’s take a look at the overall model he has made on the computer first!" The man smiled, answering Jiang Baizhou’s question while winking at Cen Jin.
Cen Jin smiled awkwardly in response. She had seen this guy many times; he was indeed quite handsome, just too cheeky—a typical playboy. Even though he loved to play around, when serious, he was quite decisive.
Lu Xize also came from a rich family, but having an older brother to shoulder responsibilities, he didn’t worry about anything, allowing his actions to be recklessly impulsive.
He and Jiang Baizhou were college classmates and roommates, sharing a strong bond. This clinic was jointly opened by the two of them.
After Jiang Baizhou walked into the room, Cen Jin immediately followed, observing him as he shook hands with the people responsible for renovation and design, greeting them, before starting to discuss the layout of the entire space.
Lu Xize listened by the side, occasionally offering his unique suggestions, including ideas for the style of his own office renovation.
They were engrossed in discussion, while Cen Jin, completely unversed in such matters, remembered how Jiang Baizhou helped her find someone to handle the renovation for her studio, with her only providing a few requirements and leaving the rest. At that moment, all she could do was sit on a small stool with her phone, almost needing a snack to fully embody the role of an onlooker.
Around three-thirty, Cen Jin’s phone alerted her to low battery. Considering it hadn’t been charged since yesterday and lasted until now was quite a feat, she silently put her phone back in her bag to conserve its remaining power.
Suddenly, a cup of milk tea appeared before her, causing Cen Jin to pause. She looked up to meet Lu Xize’s Galaxy-like eyes, then took the milk tea from his hand with a smile: "Thank you."
"You’re welcome." Lu Xize raised his eyebrows slightly, crouching beside her with a laugh: "Bai Zhou is still discussing with the designer—seems there’s a bit of disagreement over the plans; are you bored sitting here?"
"Not really, it’s the same at home." Cen Jin poked a straw into the milk tea, taking a sip. The cool sweetness instantly refreshed her, as she tilted her head to look at him: "What have you been busy with lately?"
"Spent half a year studying abroad, and just returned a couple of days ago. Came straight here, didn’t I? But, I have to say, Bai Zhou chose quite a nice location here. Your studio is also on this road, isn’t it? Is it far from here?"
"Not far, about ten minutes away."
Their conversation was going well. When Jiang Baizhou came downstairs, he saw the two backs talking and laughing together. He squinted his eagle-like eyes, stretched his long legs, and walked over, speaking lightly: "I’ve resolved the issue on my side."
Hearing this, Cen Jin and Lu Xize simultaneously looked up at him. Lu Xize stood up slowly and asked, "All settled?"

"Are you going to be the hands-off manager?" Lu Xize helplessly complained, watching Jiang Baizhou and Cen Jin head outside.
Jiang Baizhou glanced back at him: "The rest is up to you." He turned to find Cen Jin standing there, looking bewildered, so he naturally extended his long arm, grabbed her wrist, and led her outside: "Come on."
