“Yes, Mr. Li, I’ve got it,” Gu Ming regained his composure, and his anxious heart also settled down.

“Are we going back to the hotel now?” Gu Ming let out a sigh of relief as he followed her.
He had wanted Miss Rong to persuade their BOSS not to overwork himself, but didn’t want her, unlike some willful young girls, to whine regardless of the circumstances, insisting on dragging the CEO away whether it’s urgent or not.
Just now, he had even feared that Miss Rong would not let the CEO get on with his work, which would have given him a headache, making him regret informing her about it.
After all, the issue that arose in Lin City, although not significant, was quite problematic. Many decisions needed the CEO’s personal attention; otherwise, he wouldn’t have come to Lin City unannounced.
Luckily, Miss Rong didn’t disappoint him.
“Let’s not go to the hotel first,” Rong Yan said, unaware of his thoughts and the relief he had just experienced. She took out her phone, turned to him, and asked, “Assistant Gu, do you know of any big malls nearby? A fresh food supermarket will do, too.”

“Mr. Li’s hotel suite should already have fresh fruit prepared. Miss Rong, you can check if there is what you want, and if not, you can ask the room service to prepare it again.”

Li Shengxiao probably hasn’t had lunch yet, and now it’s half-past three. Looking at him, he likely won’t be finished with work until nine or ten tonight. He can’t possibly wait until then to eat; his stomach won’t handle it.”
“If I order takeout for him, he probably won’t eat it. The takeout dishes are too spicy, and he shouldn’t be eating food that is too salty or rich in flavor right now, so I’ll buy the ingredients and prepare the food at the hotel and take it to him later.”
She spoke with seriousness, not as if this were a whim.
