After dinner, Yang Zichen’s contract was also settled in a satisfactory manner for both parties.

Suddenly, a white Mercedes stopped beside them. The door opened and before Su Nian could react, a man stepped out and stood opposite her: “Su Nian? Is it really you? When did you come back?”
Su Nian didn’t get a chance to reply before the other car door opened, and Xue Qi, in a black short skirt, walked over with her son, looking somewhat anxious, as if afraid that Li Zisheng would notice Su Nian: “Zisheng, let’s go in. Mom has already called to hurry us once.”
Su Nian didn’t want to get entangled with Li Zisheng, so she took the two children and stood back.
Only then did Li Zisheng shift his focus to the children, while Su Zhen, seeing the boy next to Xue Qi, fearfully hid behind Su Bao.

Su Bao, holding Su Zhen’s hand, glared menacingly at Li Yihao, his eyes filled with warning.
Li Yihao glanced at Su Zhen, and then prepared to leave with Li Zisheng.
However, Li Zisheng stood still, ignoring the embarrassed Xue Qi behind him, and asked Su Nian, “Who did you marry?”
Before she could answer, car headlights flashed over, very dazzling, followed by a sharp honking sound, then a black car shadow swooshed in. Su Nian pulled the children back hastily, trusting in Shen Hanxiu’s driving skills, but it was still frightening!
The piercing sound of brakes as the car headed straight for Li Zisheng stopped mere centimeters away, causing everyone there to gasp.
After his initial shock, Li Zisheng saw the man stepping out of the car, then it dawned on him: “You married him again?”
Before Su Nian could reply, Shen Hanxiu said, “Since when does President Lai have time to meddle in Shen’s family matters?”
That word “family matters” gave Li Zisheng his answer. He looked at Su Nian mockingly before leaving with his son, with Xue Qi glaring fiercely at Su Nian as if she wished to annihilate her.
Once in the car, Shen Hanxiu asked her, “Are you back here to revisit the past? Thinking of rekindling an old flame?” The air was laced with sarcasm.
“It’s unrelated to President Shen.”
Shen Hanxiu, looking ahead, said flatly, “After work, you can call me Ah Shu like you used to.”
She used to call him Old Shen more often! Ah Shu was only when she needed something from him.
Back at home, Shen Hanxiu stayed over under the pretense of helping Su Zhen with her homework. Su Nian said she was working upstairs, but hearing the joyful laughter of father and daughter downstairs, her thoughts drifted far away…
