Ye Fan was waiting for the elevator. As the door opened, he happened to run into Mengyao and Biyao. The two sisters had obviously come down from a higher floor in the hotel. Seeing Ye Fan, they were taken aback.
"Didn’t I tell you to eat something? Why are you here?" Mengyao asked, puzzled.
"Well, I just thought I’d take a quick break and ended up in the wrong place," Ye Fan gave a flimsy excuse.
It was better not to mention the encounter with Chen Yifei to avoid overthinking it by the sisters.
If the sisters knew about Chen Yifei’s tempting scene, Biyao surely wouldn’t let it slide, and if Mengyao got jealous, that would be troublesome. So after careful consideration, he decided not to mention the incident with Chen Yifei.
"A grown-up, and you still end up in the wrong place," Mengyao muttered, not thinking much of it.
Ye Fan followed the sisters into the private room where Wang Qiang and Luo Jian’an were. Everyone stopped their noisy laughter and stood up abruptly.
One sister was the top female powerhouse, and the other their boss, naturally commanding immense respect.
"I’d like to offer a toast to everyone. In the future, we hope Bi Yao Film and Television Company will have everyone’s united support and strong assistance," Mengyao remained quite gracious to the elite staff of her sister’s company.
"You’re too kind, dear female powerhouse. It’s our honor to contribute to the boss," everyone laughed in agreement.
"Everyone, please sit down, eat, drink, and don’t be reserved," Mengyao politely urged.
"Alright, alright," everyone laughed as they took their seats.
They were exceedingly excited, for such courtesy from Mengyao was a treatment beyond reach for ordinary people.
Even those company CEOs or affluent tycoons must weigh their worth before inviting Mengyao to an event. None could invite her alone. But now, with Mengyao being so polite, it was all because they were employees of Biyao Company. Otherwise, many among them found it unattainable to even get a glimpse of Mengyao, let alone have her toast with them.
Mengyao’s status and position were evident, and her every move commanded their respect.
"Mr. Ye, we toast you," Luo Jian’an and Wang Qiang raised their glasses, showing significant respect.
"Let’s all drink together," Ye Fan said casually.
This scene left many dumbfounded, each silently wondering, "Who exactly is he? Brother Wang and Director Luo are Bi Yao Film and Television Company’s pillars besides Biyao. For both of them to show such respect is extraordinary."
Suddenly, their gazes toward Ye Fan turned suspicious and astounded, unsure of Ye Fan’s true identity.

Because Ye Fan was associated with the sisters, combined with the attitudes of Brother Wang and Director Luo, they felt uneasy.
After a while, Ye Fan and Mengyao left the private room, leaving Biyao to accompany her employees.
As the two left, everyone stood to see them off, and only after their departure did Biyao say, "Everyone, please sit back down."
The crowd smiled wryly, wondering how it was possible not to be reserved. Considering Mengyao’s identity combined with the mysterious Ye Fan, how could they dare not be reserved? Not losing control was already commendable.
Ye Fan and Mengyao entered the private room with Han Bihong and other women. The atmosphere was much more relaxed and casual, lacking the restraint of Luo Jian’an’s private room, as neither Han Bihong’s group, Shen Tingting, Zhang Lu, nor Qian Weiguo was ordinary people.
The group sat down, eating, drinking, and chatting away.

Xu Dalong gradually woke up, shaking his groggy head. In a short while, Xu Dalong left the hotel with driver Xiao Li.
Xu Dalong hesitated for a moment, then called Mengyao.
"Uncle, you’re awake?" Mengyao asked urgently.
"Yes, Mengyao, is Ye Fan still asleep?" Xu Dalong asked the question he was most concerned about. He remembered clearly that before passing out, Ye Fan seemed to be even more intoxicated than he was.
"Ye Fan, huh," Mengyao paused oddly for a second, glanced at Ye Fan beside her, and lied, "Yes, Ye Fan is still deeply asleep. You woke up so quickly, uncle, that speaks to your drinking ability, Ye Fan probably needs another seven or eight hours of sleep to wake up."
Mengyao could only flatter her uncle’s drinking ability to prevent him from being disappointed if he knew the truth.
Besides, her uncle was talking nonsense after drinking. If he found out Ye Fan was unfazed, wouldn’t it be extremely embarrassing?
"Haha, that’s good," Xu Dalong said proudly. "With my drinking capacity, taking on ten Ye Fans would be no problem. You guys didn’t believe me before; now you do?"

"Uncle’s drinking ability is great, how could I not know?" Mengyao said calmly. "Uncle, remember to go to the hospital for a checkup, and then head home. Your health is fine now, and drinking won’t be an issue in the future."
"Go to the hospital? I’d rather not, to avoid making myself annoyed. I know you’re being thoughtful, worried that drinking might harm my health, but it’ll be fine. Oddly enough, after getting drunk, I feel like I’ve changed in some way, not sure how," Xu Dalong said, puzzled.
"Uncle, I’m not just saying this to be nice, your body is really fine," Mengyao said sincerely.
"I appreciate your concern but don’t worry, my health has no issues," Xu Dalong said calmly. "That’s it then, I’ll hang up now. I’m already on my way home, no need to worry about me."
Elsewhere, Meng Hao, fully prepared, extended his hand as an assassin.
His sharp aim was directed at the Ye Gang.
