"Sophie, you’re going to be a mom soon, can you not be so careless?" Asher Land’s tone suddenly turned much harsher.
Sophie saw him seriously worrying about her, and she felt touched, though she also wanted to tease him a bit. After all, she was now relying on the fact that she had a baby in her belly and he wouldn’t do much to her. But once this baby is born, she won’t even have that one shield left.
She cleared her throat and then spoke.
"You know I’m going to be a mom, right?" She put on a pitiful look, lowered her head, and said with a disappointed tone, "It’s all your fault. Is it really okay for me to be a mom so young?"
"Other people my age are still quietly studying at school, living a peaceful life, dressing up nicely. But look, in a few months my belly will be big and whatever I wear will look ugly."
"What if I can’t lose weight after having the baby?"
Asher Land fell silent, his hand against the car window, holding his forehead, revealing a hint of a helpless smile.
"So what do you want?"
"I want..." She paused, showing him a harmless smile, "I want you to listen to me."
"What do you mean?" He vaguely had a bad premonition. What does it mean to listen to her?
Sophie had to admit, even if she occasionally threw little tantrums at him, she always felt a sense of submission in front of him. This man’s aura was too strong. She was often pressured by him, so this time, she also wanted to turn the tables.
"It means to enslave you."
Asher Land’s mouth twitched. This woman, does she have to be so blunt?
"Only accept to be enslaved in bed, anything else, don’t even think about it."

Helplessly, Sophie compromised.
Asher Land was satisfied, curling his lips. His masculine pride wouldn’t easily let him be threatened by a little woman.
When they got home, Sophie suddenly saw a little furry thing lying at the iron gate. Closer inspection revealed it was a stray dog.
The dog’s fur was long and, due to not being trimmed for a long time, it covered its eyes. Seeing Sophie approaching, it wasn’t afraid. Instead, it raised its head and looked at her.
Seeing the poor dog, she reached out and picked it up.
"Put it down." Asher Land’s cold voice came from behind. She turned back in surprise.
"Why are you holding such a dirty thing?" He walked over, disdainfully picked up the small creature from her hands with two fingers, and threw it onto the grass.
"What are you doing?" Sophie voiced her dissatisfaction, just about to pick up the puppy again, but was pulled back by his big hand.
"I don’t want your hands getting dirty." He curled his lips, speaking slowly.
Sophie ignored him and insisted on picking up the puppy.
"Sophie, you’re not listening to me?"
"Don’t forget, today who’s the master and who’s the servant." She raised her head, looking straight at him, her tone mimicking his usual arrogance, "You promised me, today you have to listen to me."
