“What are you saying?” An You’s handsome face was filled with pain. He grabbed her wrist and shook her as he said, “You truly don’t understand my feelings. Right now, I’m not worried about myself, I’m worried about you! Your future, your prospects! Those are much more important than my affairs. Just because I love someone, doesn’t mean I have the right to ruin her!”
Princess Mingzhu’s eyes filled with sparkling light.
She laughed even as tears overflowed her eyes. Her voice trembled as she said, “I’m already very satisfied to be able to hear you say that you love me. You’ve said the word love. You’ve voiced your true feelings, that’s enough.”
