Seeing Easton Holmes and Lily Turner and Sophia Wood coming out of the cemetery, Ryan Taylor’s doubts grew even more. He noticed his father Aiden Taylor’s expression had turned very grim, and he couldn’t figure out what was going on at all.
"Dad! Why did you allow that wild girl to come..."
Slap!
Aiden Taylor suddenly slapped Evelyn Taylor hard across the face. This slap was so sudden that not only did it stun the person who got slapped, but it also stunned the other two people instantly.
Harriet White was the first to snap out of it and quickly pulled Evelyn over to her side from Aiden. Seeing the red handprint on Evelyn’s face, she felt heartbroken and angrily glared at Aiden. "Aiden Taylor! Why did you hit her?"
After yelling, she gently placed her hand on Evelyn’s cheek where she’d been slapped, moving with extreme care for fear of hurting her daughter.
"You’ve spoiled her like this, she’s becoming more and more unruly, even causing trouble here." Although Easton Holmes hadn’t said anything earlier, when Aiden saw him dragging Evelyn out of the cemetery with a dark expression, he immediately understood what had happened.
Causing trouble at the cemetery was already out of line, and now she was insulting a wild girl? That wild girl she insulted was actually her uncle’s daughter, her first cousin.
Aiden’s anger was written all over his face. Harriet knew he was extremely angry now. Although she initially wanted to argue on her daughter’s behalf, she suddenly lost her courage.

Being yelled at by Harriet, Evelyn felt so wronged. She pouted and complained tearfully, "Mom! Why are you yelling at me too? Do you even consider me your daughter?"
Dad hit her, and mom yelled at her.
Lily Turner! This is all your fault, one day I will get my revenge on you.
"If we don’t consider you our daughter, then who else could be?" Seeing her daughter so oblivious to the situation, Harriet felt a headache coming on and sighed helplessly.
Hearing this, Evelyn immediately retorted, "But all I see is that wild girl being treated like your daughter."
Her mouth had always lacked a filter, and now fueled by anger, she couldn’t control her words.
She kept calling her wild girl, as if she were addicted to it.
"Say it one more time if you dare!"
When Evelyn called Lily Turner a wild girl once again, Aiden was so enraged that the veins stood out on his face. He pointed straight at his daughter, who was spouting nonsense from beginning to end and still showed no remorse.
