Lily Turner never dreamed that just after the company had settled the online rumors, the rumors about her and the mysterious investor would once again overwhelm her.

Looking at the huge photo in the newspaper, Lily's heart skipped several beats. This person must have been prepared; otherwise, the photo wouldn't be so clear.

Lily raised her hand and swore, "I swear to God: I have no relationship whatsoever with that man named Luke Crowe."
The man in that car was not Luke Crowe at all, but she couldn't tell the truth. Now that she was already entangled with Luke Crowe, she couldn't drag another man into it.
Since everyone had already assumed that the mysterious investor was Luke Crowe, she'd let them keep misunderstanding. Explaining too much would only make things worse and more complicated.
"Then why did you go out with him?"
