Being so disliked by Julian Campbell was really putting Ophelia Wilson in an awkward position.
But after all, she was someone of influence. After a brief moment of embarrassment, she shook her head with a smile, as if indulging a younger person’s tantrum, and said, "Look at you acting up again, how can we not know each other? I’m your aunt, you know."
The manager was shocked.
He knew Julian Campbell always looked down on Ophelia Wilson, but... aunt?

"Heh heh..." Julian really felt like swearing, "How come I don’t remember having an aunt like you?"
"James has already proposed to me, and I accepted." Ophelia Wilson flashed a shy and blissful smile. "So it’s only right for you to call me ’aunt’ now."
"Ha!" Julian looked at Ophelia Wilson, as if he had heard the biggest joke of his life, "Miss Wilson, may I ask what your boyfriend’s name is?"
"James Reed, of course." Ophelia replied instinctively, without much thought.
Upon hearing this, Julian’s mocking expression intensified: "Your boyfriend’s surname is Reed, and my mom’s surname is Seymour. So how could you be my aunt?"
After saying this, without caring about Ophelia Wilson’s rapidly cracking perfect smile, he got in the car and instructed the driver to drive away.
The manager looked at Julian in shock, having heard some rather astonishing news.
"Ophelia Wilson’s mysterious boyfriend... is your relative?"
Hearing the manager’s words, Julian’s face turned sour: "Get it right, okay? I only have one uncle!"
Mentioning this, Julian was filled with anger: "Ophelia Wilson’s boyfriend’s mom climbed up to her position as a mistress, which infuriated the rightful wife of the Seymour Family. The Seymour Family doesn’t even acknowledge such a person, so he took his mother’s surname, Reed."
"Just now, my uncle’s mom was that rightful wife who died from anger."
The manager immediately shut his mouth.
Judging by Julian’s attitude, it was clear who was considered family.
"Seymour Family?" The manager exclaimed, "You are from the Seymour Family? That Seymour Family?"
Julian was exasperated: "In the Imperial City, there is only one Seymour Family that people would think of."
"Oh my, why didn’t you ever mention it?" The manager quickly put on a flattering smile, acting servile, he reached out to massage Julian’s shoulder, "Young Master, does this pressure suit you?"
"It’s alright." Julian squinted his eyes, enjoying it in a very indulgent manner.
"You see, I’ve always served Young Master well, haven’t I? Can’t I continue to stay by your side serving you?" The manager fawned obsequiously.
"Let’s see your performance." Julian said imperiously, "Give me a six-month vacation first, then we’ll talk."
"Giving you a little sunshine and you expect to be brilliant, huh?" The manager’s face darkened, and with a forceful hand, he made Julian cry out in pain, "A six-month vacation? Dream on, not even a single day!"
"Grandet!" Julian wailed.
He started out being discovered by this manager, and their bond wasn’t going to change because of his identity.
The manager, though surprised, showed no difference in attitude towards Julian.
"If you had mentioned being from the Seymour Family earlier, we could have come up with different plans." The manager’s mind was already spinning quickly, figuring out how to utilize the resources around him was part of his job.
"Enough. I don’t want to leverage the Seymour Family’s influence. If I wanted to, why bother carving out my own path?" Julian waved his hand, then laughed, "But we can use it a little—go and tell our boss not to schedule any more gigs or collaborations with Ophelia Wilson, or else I’ll rebel!"
