Staring blankly as Sophie Wilson returned to her room, Charles Seymour struggled to control, control, and control again... but in the end, he couldn’t hold it back, and the corner of his lips lifted, melting the chill around him.

"Mom, does Dad really like Sophie that much?" Grace Wilson asked Lily Warren uncomfortably, "What if the company is handed over to her in the future?"

"I asked you to keep an eye on Sophie, how exactly are you watching her?" Lily Warren got irritated as soon as she mentioned this.
"You don’t know that Sophie is actually the daughter of the company’s boss, I can’t afford to offend her!" Eva suddenly felt aggrieved.
Although she never understood why this woman in front of her wanted her to keep an eye on Sophie and cause trouble for her, as long as there was money involved, she didn’t mind.
But Sophie’s status was something she couldn’t contend with.
"How could I not know her status?" Lily Warren sneered with contempt, "Isn’t she just the bastard daughter my husband had?"
