It wasn’t that it was cowardly, but there was one time, right around noon, when Xuexue was taking a nap, it squatted nearby to rest. Somehow, the sleeping Xuexue suddenly stretched out her hand and fiercely grabbed its ear. Despite her eyes being closed, she tugged so hard it was as though she wouldn’t stop until it was dead. No matter how it struggled, it couldn’t break free, even if the pain was piercing to its heart. It couldn’t just bite off her hand, so it had to endure the pain until Xuexue woke up before it could escape from the agony.

Xuexue gently lifted a roof tile and peered inside the house.
Inside, a dozen captivating and beautiful ladies sat dressed in their finest, delicate makeup adorned on their faces, sitting there anxiously, seemingly waiting for something.
Right at that moment, the door opened, and an Old Maid in her forties walked in holding a teapot, followed by a Young Maid carrying a tray with a dozen small teacups.
