Having been drunk yesterday, Xu Nian’an woke up with a headache today. As soon as he came downstairs, he saw Xu Nianhua walking out of Pei Yicheng’s room and instantly forgot about his headache; he called out her full name.

Xu Nianhua felt guilty. Although yesterday had been an accident, she couldn’t deny that she had indeed slept in Pei Yicheng’s room, on his bed.

Xu Nianhua inquired with a look in her eyes at Pei Yicheng.
Pei Yicheng slightly smiled, saying, "I’m fine, I just had a little spar with your second brother."
"Nianhua, how far have you and my brother gone?" Pei Yining quietly asked, unaware of how far things had progressed with the second brother. The scene she witnessed yesterday still made her blush and heart race.
Xu Nianhua’s response clearly made Pei Yining incredulous.

After nearly causing trouble due to drunkenness, Xu Nian’an thereafter abstained from alcohol completely.

If they reported it to the police, wouldn’t everyone know that she hadn’t reported her child missing at the time?
