Lu Yichen was packing his things, preparing to hand over his current work and set off. The Zhai Family had already discussed the wedding details with the Ji Family.
The Ji Family originally wanted to hold the wedding after the New Year fearing the Zhai Family would hate to part with their daughter, but the Zhai Family said that Ji Wei had been waiting for Yu Yuan for so long. Since both families had no objections, they decided to hold it before the New Year.

Lu Yichen’s flight was on the morning of the twenty-sixth of the last lunar month. He had the driver take him to the airport early, changed his boarding pass, checked in his luggage, passed through security, and was somewhat impatient to board.
He didn’t call Luo Qiao beforehand, intending to surprise them.
He held a photo of the four of them taken previously where Luo Qiao was still pregnant, smiling sweetly under the maple tree in the yard.
The next picture would be of seven of them, a strong lineup, bringing a smile to his face.

At 8:30 in the morning, Zhai Yuyuan rushed into the Capital City Public Security Bureau and headed directly to the director’s office on the upper floor.
Upon pushing the door and seeing no one inside, she stopped a police officer delivering documents: “Excuse me, when will your director arrive?”
The officer curiously sized up the sweaty girl: “Our director……..”
He hadn’t finished speaking when he was interrupted by someone emerging from an office diagonally across: “Mumbling and dragging, have you brought the documents?”
Actually, that person recognized Zhai Yuyuan, thinking this woman must have issues, knowing the director had a wife and daughter and still trying to cause trouble, truly shameless.

When they arrived, Zhai Yuyuan was at the director’s office door, grabbing a female officer and refusing to let her leave, insisting on asking where Lu Yi was. Zhai Yuquan gritted his teeth: “Have you caused enough trouble?”
Seeing her eldest brother and second brother coming, Zhai Yuyuan was startled: “Big Brother, Second Brother, I just wanted to say goodbye to Second Brother Lu one last time.”
Zhai Yufeng pulled her along: “You won’t see him today. He’s on a flight, going to see his wife and daughter.”
