Han Ying finished her meal and took a palm fan to chat under the old locust tree in the alley.
Lin Wan tidied up the kitchen, boiled a pot of hot water, took out her pajamas, and went to the bathroom for a shower. After coming out, she lingered outside for a while before heading into the room.
