"Anyway, you can explore the city as you want, but be careful. NPCs are starting to take notice of you after the balanced fight, and might challenge you." Xu Feng warned softly.
Alas, Carmen seemed exhilarated rather than worried when hearing some NPCs might challenge her.
"Heh, the more the merrier. But if they want to challenge me, then I will require a fee." Carmen proudly exclaimed. Having been badly influenced by Xu Feng's money-grubber behavior, she decided to take this chance to earn money.
Meanwhile, Xu Feng was silent for a moment before raising his hand and giving her a massive thumbs-up.
"That's the spirit, Carmen!" He exclaimed, nodding in approval. "If others want to challenge you, why should you accept without any benefits in return?"
Carmen raised her chin up and smiled proudly. "Of course, Guild Leader."
As the duo started laughing menacingly, back at Dawnshire City, a guild was expanding rapidly.
"Heh, you really made a great foundation, Qing Rou." Autumn Breeze chuckled and teased.
"It's all thanks to you building a connection with Lin Feng." Gentle Wind mused, not daring to take the credit. Had it not been for Autumn Breeze, the guild would probably have increased slowly or even stagnated a little bit to adapt to a city.
"More like I got lucky and acquainted with Cool Wind." Autumn Breeze shook her head and said, "Cool Wind established the bridge that we always miss, and from there, we managed to gain an extensive city guide."
Hearing her mention about Cool Wind once again, Gentle Wind narrowed her eyes. "Seriously, just who is this Cool Wind individual? You have been getting quite secretive with him. Why don't you tell me a bit?"
"No can do," Autumn Breeze remained firm in her stance. "I promised not to reveal their identity to others, so I must withhold it."
Sighing, Gentle Wind knew asking any further wouldn't result in any answers. "Anyway, I've received news that the Reaver Guild reached a concession with Lin Feng, and are finally able to salvage their predicament in Star Falls City."
Nodding, Autumn Breeze's expression turned serious. "Thanks to Lin Feng's actions, I believe those other guilds are starting to notice that the Divine World is no longer operating in the old rules. Even a behemoth guild could struggle and have its branch guild near destruction."
In the past, guilds with large corporations backing them up were always dominating the virtual reality games. Regular players could only pick up scraps that the large guilds couldn't be bothered to get.
However, the dynamics and social aspects of the virtual reality game changed with the introduction of the Divine World.
Not only was it overly immersive, but individuals could now contend against large guilds.
"But that's not even the main part," Gentle Wind smiled bitterly. "Because of your revelation, I can feel the changes in my body in the real world based on the actions here. I was really stunned when you told me that the game can affect reality."

"Agreed, I wanted to follow the Vanguard Guild example and impose a ban on them, but got denied fiercely by the Adventure Association." Autumn Breeze lamented.
"Can you try to contact Cool Wind again and ask if they have any ideas in dealing with these hindrances?" Gentle Wind inquired, clearly helpless by the constant guerilla warfare tactics from Herald Fist and others.
Although they recruited many new players to the guild, they were incapable of fending off the experts from other guilds who collaborated with each other to prevent her from becoming an overlord.
Things had gotten even worse once they realized how powerful an overlord of a city could become.
After all, every guild was able to witness how domineering the Vanguard Guild was at Star Falls City. Thus, they wished to replicate their feat and follow its example.
Knowing that their expansion and predicament were brought by the Vanguard Guild, Gentle Wind had mixed feelings about them.
Meanwhile, Autumn Breeze finally realized why she was called for a meeting.
'So I have been demoted to be a messenger?' She was in disbelief.
