Upon getting exposed on the spot, Autumn Breeze, otherwise known as Zhao Xin in the real world, was not a bit embarrassed.
She merely chuckled and raised her hands. "Guilty as charged, but hey, at least, I'm not harming you."
"You're not harming me, but if my guild stagnates because of Herald Fist's alliances with other guilds, then it would be bad for your end as well." Gentle Wind explained.
Nodding, Autumn Breeze also knew that sooner or later, she would be targeted as well.
It was just that she had been keeping a low profile and using the Silver Wind guild as a scapegoat.
After all, she did invest a ton of money in Divine World, so there was no way she would remain as a simple member of the Silver Wind Guild operated by Gentle Wind.
No matter how good their friendship was, there was a limit to how much she could fool around once she realized the severity of the Divine world in the real world.

However, she wasn't messaging Lin Feng or Cool Wind, but Shadow Blade— her little brother's in-game name.

"Ugh, isn't she trying to get me killed then?" Zhao Kai twitched his brows after reading the message.
Xu Feng had given him strict and stern instructions in developing Evershade City once he was done with the quest from Thorin Forgefire.
He received an entire to-do list and until he completed them all, he was forbidden from contacting Xu Feng. Otherwise, the consequences would be unimaginable.
Little did Zhao Kai know that this was precisely the result Xu Feng wanted.
Ever since he got caught by Zhao Xin regarding his presence in the Divine World, he knew the latter was going to pester him continuously. And what couldn't be better than using his buddy as the middle-man.
Thus, Xu Feng imposed this kind of restriction to prevent himself from getting taken advantage of.
At the same time, Zhao Xin was free to bash Zhao Kai in anger.

"Where are we heading to?" Carmen curiously asked, her eyes glancing at a food stall, and tugging on his arm sleeve.
"We're heading to a special location to level up fast." Xu Feng calmly responded, walking to the food stall and paying the money while Carmen grabbed the food she wanted to try.
The action was very smooth and natural, almost as if Xu Feng was used to her antics by now.
Although Carmen wasn't a foodie, she changed once she realized her body had undergone a transformation. By controlling her mana properly, she could retain her physiques in the real world, and no longer had to worry about what type of food she could eat.
And being the main cause of her realization, Xu Feng somewhat regretted telling her about it.
'I just hope I didn't create another foodie in the guild.' Xu Feng prayed silently. So far, the Vanguard Guild had expanded gradually with more than 1,000 members, but none of them were worthy of his attention.

Sometime later, the duo was interrupted when a group of NPCs blocked their paths.
Amused, Xu Feng glanced at the NPCs and asked, "Do you need something from us?"
Despite his questions, the NPCs ignored him and had their gaze on Carmen.
Meanwhile, Carmen thought these people were trying to start a fight or mess with them like typical trashy villains would do.
"Guild Leader, can we kill NPCs if they are causing trouble first?" Carmen coolly asked, her amicable smile also vanished simultaneously.
However, to her surprise, her questions seemed to agitate the group as they started giggling and excited.
'They shouldn't be trying to attack us, right?' Xu Feng thought, clearly confused by their behavior.
Just at this moment, the group of NPCs suddenly advanced forward, and almost on instinct, Xu Feng retrieved his weapon, ready to retaliate.
The same goes for Carmen, but before the duo could unleash their spells. This group of NPCs, who had rushed forward with unknown intentions, suddenly went on their knees and bowed before Carmen.
"Please accept us as disciples, Master Lunar Wraith!" They shouted in unison.
"What the heck?" Carmen, who had her staff raised mid-air, with mana churning, was astonished by their proclamation.
As for Xu Feng, he was stupefied and wondered just what kind of protagonist luck Carmen was getting?
