'Right, Greendale City Magistrate had his people spectating the battle but didn't do anything. But that Skyland City Magistrate was taking advantage of the crisis. Why should I be afraid of him?' Magnus fumed.
"Lin Feng, are you positive that you can win the war if I give you permission?" Magnus' tone was solemn. It was clear that he refused to hear any hesitation or delay in the response.
After all, if he gave such permission and ended up losing. Then his prestige and reputation would only decrease further. By then, no other City Magistrates would even place him in their eyes.

Blue color aura surged beyond Magnus's body as he muttered some ancient language chant.
Sometime later, an abundance of overwhelming power was embedded in the Mana Stones which glowed luminously as a result. The stones shook intensely for a few moments before coming to a pause, returning to their tranquil-like state.
Magnus then retracted his aura and explained, "These stones will create a force field, capable of trapping the immortals in place and unable to use any utility tools to escape. As for the Skyland City's authority itself, don't worry about them. I'll give them a visit and talk about their negligence."
