Items dropped by MIST members could be stored in the Guild Residence's Warehouse whereas other guilds who had their base in Skyland City would offer sky high prices to purchase the right from Vanguard Guild.
Although Overlord was just a status and term made up by Divine World players, the truth remained that receiving such a status meant being acknowledged for their strength.
No party would ever want to mess with a guild that had been labeled as Overlord.
And precisely so, an Overlord status could also be sold to another entity, with the premises that the former seller would guarantee the buyer's protection for a certain period.
It was a very rare incident, but it had happened before in previous VRMMORPGs.
Therefore, many understood Xu Feng's action despite being stunned by his decision to sell the Overlord status after such work.
"OneManMedia, make sure to create another bidding section with no limit. Those who won the Overlord status will be granted Skyland City and Vanguard Guild would protect them for a month. If any parties attempt to attack or hinder their development during the period, they shall face my— Lunar Wraith's wrath." Xu Feng beckoned for OneManMedia and declared solemnly.

Besides the astonishment that there would be extra merits gained, Veronica was the most dumbfounded.
"W-Wait a second, Guild Leader." She stepped forward and interrupted him.
"When did I become a Guild Captain?" She asked in confusion, seemingly trying to correct Xu Feng. She was at best an Elite Member based on her contribution despite still remaining as a regular Member. Thus, she was taken by surprise when Xu Feng suddenly dropped the bomb and addressed her as Guild Captain.
"You became a Guild Captain just now, and I doubt anyone would want to question my decision, right?" As Xu Feng responded coolly, his eyes scanned around the crowd.
Sure enough, none of the members utter a voice of complaint.
They weren't stupid to not realize the implication behind Xu Feng's statement.
Vortex Viper was in charge of how to allocate the extra merit points, so any idiots that wanted to go against her were equivalent to forfeiting their rights for it.
Not to mention, when had their guild leader ever required approval from members to proceed with his plan?

As if that wasn't enough, Vortex Viper's relationship with their Guild Commander Lunar Wraith was very friendly. To mess with her was to mess with Lunar Wraith.

Carmen would be responsible for inspecting the buildings or lands owned by MIST to ensure nobody could steal anything.
As for OneManMedia, he was responsible for taking in bidders for the Overlord status of Skyland City.

"I appreciate the players who have accepted the quest, and as promised, the new training hall that is about to open will be open to you all for 3 days. During the 3 days, you can train and receive guidance from the Trainers without requiring membership or payment." Xu Feng announced, dropping yet another explosive piece of news to the nearby spectators and viewers in the stream.
However, he wasn't done yet and used the opportunity to self-advertise and promote the new training hall.
"To those curious, rest assured, a membership that ranks from Bronze, Silver, and Gold would be available to purchase soon for the training hall. Keep in mind that membership is weekly and must be renewed every week."
After giving his piece, Xu Feng then retrieved a Scroll and effectively teleported away. He wasn't even going to give them any time to question him about the training hall.
As soon as Xu Feng returned to the city, he was greeted by an employee from the City Hall.
"Greetings Baron Lin Feng. The City Magistrate has heard of your victory and wished to invite you to his office." The employee said in a polite tone.
Nodding, Xu Feng wasn't surprised that Magnus would wish to meet with him right away.
Sometime later, Xu Feng entered Magnus' office and was faced with a friendly Magnus seated on his chair.
"Haha, if it isn't Baron Lin Feng." Magnus laughed heartily and spread his arms wide. "Thanks to you, I shut up a lot of the other City Magistrates. You should have also seen the look of Skyland City Magistrate, Lucas. His face turned into a mix of purple and green after learning that the guild who occupied his land showcased a humiliating sight."
Hearing that, Xu Feng simply kept silent. 'If I had lost instead, then you would have been preparing how to punish me.'
Nevertheless, that was just how the world operated both in the real world and in the Divine World.
