While Gentle Wind and Autumn Breeze came to a consensus that the Vanguard Guild was shrouded with more mysteries than ever, they could only smile bitterly in response.
It wasn't bad enough that the Vanguard Guild had already made a lot of enemies, but this time, they managed to attract the Malefic Order Guild.
That was an entity even above the Reaver Guild and was more or less the same level as Lethal Corp. However, after their bout, the two believed that was an incorrect statement.
In fact, it was evident that the Malefic Order Guild contained more secrets and power as opposed to the Lethal Corp.
"Let's just round up the matter. Our people should be exhausted by now." Gentle Wind sighed and decided not to worry about the matter.
Nodding in agreement, Autumn Breeze also had no intention of pursuing the matter. After all, there was someone else to do the job.
'Xu Feng might have changed, but the change isn't bad.' She thought to herself, feeling reassured that her little brother was friends with such a person. With Xu Feng by his side, she doubted anything would happen to her little brother.
Upon entering the proximity of the guard's detection, Xu Feng instantly detected killing intent.
"It's me." Xu Feng quickly informed his presence to the guard.
Soon, the killing intent retracted and a guard appeared from behind the walls.
They were none other than the Guard Captain who had interacted with Xu Feng back at Watchtower #5, Albert.
"So it's the Baron." Albert visibly relaxed upon spotting him.
"The situation outside has been resolved?" He then asked.
"Mhmm, the intruders have been eliminated and some of them captured." Nodding, Xu Feng proceeded to explain the situation.
A few minutes later, Albert's eyes flared up and his expression turned cold.
"Hmph, how dare those ungrateful people collude with outsiders to cause harm to our city!" Albert gnashed his teeth.
He then gazed at Xu Feng and said solemnly. "Rest assured, Baron. Vegan Life people would be dreaming if they believed they could still roam around our city."
With Xu Feng's status and his recording that vividly showed the Vegan Life guild emblem in the video, the evidence was concrete. No further proof was needed for Albert to verify or confirm.
Although they would still do some fact check, it wouldn't take them long to confirm it was the truth. After all, Xu Feng wasn't making any false accusations.
However, getting them banned from Dawnshire City was merely the first step.
Xu Feng wasn't going to be lenient and accept any form of compensation.
This time, he was going to erase Vegan Life's existence—even if it was just their specific plane.
"Anyway, Captain Albert, may I see my deceased comrade?" Xu Feng suddenly asked.
"Naturally." Albert nodded and took the lead to guide Xu Feng. On the way, they walked past numerous guards who were combat-ready. These guards were all above level 50, capable of killing any player.
Some might wonder why they didn't just go outside and kill the troublemakers?
Well, the explanation was quite simple, to be honest.
The only reason why they hadn't rushed forward to kill was because of the System's restriction.
Since NPC Guards were designed to always be stronger than the current mainstream players, it would have been disastrous if these NPC Guards were allowed to kill players indiscriminately.
Not to mention, there was the possibility of players who gained a high noble status abusing their authority and command guards to expand their influence.
Therefore, Xu Feng's command to tell them to keep guarding the main room wasn't against the System's restriction. After all, a city's core was like the lifeline of a city, and ordering them to guard it was perfectly fine.
As for the one player who was slain by the guards—that dumb player broke the rule and triggered the guard's to kill. By being unauthorized and entering a restricted area automatically became labeled as intruders.
The intruders were meant to be eliminated.

"Here is when Lady Lunar Wraith has fallen." Albert held a sign of respect when showing the place.
"Can you explain how she fell?" Xu Feng glanced at the corpse and questioned. Thankfully, this was the Divine World, and Carmen was actually still alive, and messaging him at the moment. She was threatening him to stop asking what happened and to revive her already.
However, Xu Feng was positive that she would probably conceal some of the information—probably to lessen the situation and ensure his anger wouldn't rise further.
Hence, he refused to listen to the story from her end. He wanted only the truth and the precise sequence of events.
And what better person was there to do the job other than Albert?
"Very well." Albert held a difficult expression as he relayed the events.
According to his words, a mysterious individual managed to bypass their detection range. They nearly got to the city's core until Carmen intercepted the individual and alarmed the rest.
However, when they thought their overwhelming numbers alone were enough to detain the intruder, an unexpected situation occurred.
The intruder suddenly consumed a potion and their body began to expand. It was clear that they were self-destructing, and the power was no less than someone at the Tier 4 level.
"Tier 4 level of destructive power?" Alarmed, Xu Feng was astonished by the intruder's move. A Tier 4 power was equivalent to level 90s and above. It was something that only the City Magistrate and above should have.
Albert and the rest were merely Tier 2, the equivalent of level 50s or so. In other words, they were guaranteed to be killed in action from the blast alone.
Feeling bitter about their powerlessness, Albert expressed his regret. "Had it not been for Lady Lunar Wraith's timely action and safeguarded us with her power, we would have been blown to bits."
Xu Feng finally realized why Carmen was killed. With her power, it was impossible to die unless there were circumstances such as this.
