The image on the screen stopped. Xie Xuning pointed to one spot on the screen.
“Enlarge this person’s face and show it to me.”
“Commander, our monitors do not have high resolution. The image of the face might not be clear after being enlarged. ”
Ye Tianxin carefully tried to identify the image.
The face on the screen belonged to a total stranger.
“Do you recognize this person?”
Xie Xuning asked Ye Tianxin, “Tianxin, do you think this person looks like Tao Weizheng?”
“This man looks pretty young. Maybe he is Tao Weizheng’s son?” That was when Ye Tianxin suddenly realized it. “Tao Weizheng’s son is probably not this stupid. Why would he find such an indecent man to kidnap grandma? Maybe he wanted to use grandma to threaten you, to force you to stop investigating Tao Weizheng’s murder case?”
Xie Xuning fell silent for a while and then asked the staff, “Give me a copy of all the footage that shows this man.”
Deep down, Ye Tianxin felt perturbed.
She felt that life had been relatively peaceful recently.

Ye Tianxin remembered that Lang Garden had a whole set of security systems. The alarm would go off if any outsider attempted to come near the place.

“He might not have followed you here.”
Xie Xuning glanced at the man on the screen. Tao Weizheng’s son must have instigated this whole incident.

“Let’s go. I will take care of this.”
Xie Xuning took another look at the screen. He had an idea of what to do now but still needed to consider the grandmother’s situation.
“Commander, are you leaving now?”
That staff member could not wait to send Ye Tianxin and her father out of the door.
They all wished to send this great god away as soon as possible.
Ye Tianxin turned her head, looking back with a sweet smile. “Would you like us to stay for tea?”
“Miss, we had no idea you were the Commander’s daughter.”
The staff member explained. It didn’t matter how brave he thought he was, he would never dare to reject her if he knew that she was the Commander’s daughter.
Ye Tianxin laughed. “So, you were polite to me only because I am the Commander’s daughter? Would you have ignored me if I were an ordinary person? Do you think this is the right attitude for someone in your position to have?”
Xie Xuning stretched out his hand to touch Ye Tianxin’s head and said with a pampered look, “Why waste time talking to them? Let’s go!”
Ye Tianxin nodded and followed Xie Xuning leaving the room under the staff member’s glances.
In less than ten minutes after Xie Xuning and his daughter left the security room, a new crew of security guards came in to replace the original one.
Nobody knew how the original crew of security guards ended up like this.
At the tea house, Xie Ye held a cup of Tieguanyin. A plume of white smoke curled up from the cup in front of her.
She had sat inside the tea house for quite a while but was still trembling in fear.
She could hardly imagine what she would become if something terrible happened to the grandmother.
