Zhao Zhiqiang also felt as if he was submerged in ice, especially when he clearly saw the insignia on Su Hai’s shoulder; he couldn’t summon even a trace of courage.
Had it been a lesser leader, he might have invoked the Hai Family’s name, asking the other to show mercy.
