She noted that the bowl of glutinous rice was still at home, so she sent Dawang to deliver it over.

Erwang peeled some cabbage for her and washed them before spreading them on a large round tea tray. Then, he put the mixed glutinous rice and ribs on the cabbage whilst spreading out the contents.

Erwang smiled and said, “Mother, it’s already pretty good for me to be able to eat till I’m full, let alone become a gourmet chef. But even going to work in a state-run restaurant as a chef…is not that easy, right?”
