Jeremy Night returns to the campus 20 minutes later. He then starts walking back to the dorm room. He wants to take a shower and change clothes first.

After he steps out, he puts on a new, fresh uniform and begins to get ready. He doesn't know what Betsy Lowe and Daniel Stone are doing.
It doesn't take him long to get ready and leave the dorm building. He then starts walking towards the Department Building.
On the way, he sees other beast tamers as well. From their normal reactions, Jeremy understands that the news has yet to be made public.
He doesn't know how the city locals will react if they learn a Tier-4 Corrupted Beast appeared in the middle of the city. Fortunately, no casualties occurred last night.
A soft sigh leaves his mouth.
Soon, he reaches the Department Building. He sees other beast tamers on the ground floor as well. Then he enters the elevator and presses the button to the top floor.
The elevator starts moving. It quickly reaches the top floor.
The door opens automatically. When he steps out, his gaze immediately falls on people who are chatting and laughing.
They are none other than Betsy Lowe, Daniel Stone, and May Lindsey.
"What's she doing here?" he asks.
Upon hearing his voice, they turn towards him.
"Brother Jeremy, you were discharged. We were about to visit your hospital," Daniel Stone exclaims.
Betsy Lowe and May Lindsey are surprised as well.
A look of understanding dawns on Jeremy's face.
"The doctors told me that I'm well. I can leave at any moment," Jeremy says to them.
"That's what happened," Daniel utters.
"Jeremy, since you are doing well, I'm leaving then. If you come across a similar situation next time, you can request my help," May Lindsey says.
"Okay," Jeremy replies.
He has already acknowledged her strength. The snow tornado did work against the Tier-4 Corrupted Beast.
"Good," After saying that, May Lindsey walks past him to enter the elevator.
When she is gone from the place...
"Brother Jeremy, it's big news. The Elemental Department Representative has come to our place. It means she has recognized the STRIKER Department now," Daniel Stone says with a smile.
"She doesn't seem to be hostile as well," Betsy Lowe comments.
Hearing that, Jeremy ignores their words before asking about the mission.
"Was yesterday's attack reported in the morning news?" he asks.
Betsy and Daniel exchange looks.
"Brother Jeremy, the news was completely blocked. We don't know why. Earlier, we called Instructor Jacob. He still hasn't left the site."
"He said he was told to stay there. There will be people from the City Administration, so he won't be coming soon," Daniel says in a solemn tone.
Jeremy frowns. He doesn't know whether old man Derek has revealed his lie or not.
"I'm going to the library to do some self-study. I can't be weak and ignorant facing powerful beasts next time," After saying that, Betsy leaves.
Daniel Stone is not surprised. He has something on his mind as well.
He says, "Brother, I'm going to the joint training facility for practice."
"Go," Jeremy replies.
Then Daniel leaves as well. Jeremy is left alone. He enters the classroom and sits in his seat. There are a lot of things on his mind.
He doesn't know the mastermind behind the plague incident. Unlike the incident that happened back home, this time he is clearly connected to the rat plague incident.
If someone investigates the place, they will know we were conducting the investigation there. If the mastermind wanted to retaliate, then he would surely target them.
Jeremy's eyes turn cold. Since there is such a danger, he doesn't know what the attitude of Dean Carolyn will be. Surely, Elder Derek must have known about the truth.

The face is none other than Jacob Henry.
"Jeremy, when did you return?" Jacob asks, seeing the holographic image on his side. He spots the classroom.
"Instructor, I just got here. I have fully recovered. I just heard that you never left the place," Jeremy responds.
"Yeah, the city administration has sent high-level beast tamers to investigate the end of the underground passage. They suspect that it's not an ordinary incident. A human hand is involved," Jacob reveals the truth.
"What?" Jeremy blurts out. He didn't expect the Instructor to be aware of the truth.
"Sigh, I was shocked like you when I first heard the news. Elder Derek also confirmed it. A human hand is definitely involved, so don't let others know about it."
"I even hid the news from Daniel and Betsy. They will be scared if they know," Jacob says.
"Don't worry, Instructor, I won't tell anyone," Jeremy replies.
Then he ends the call. Jeremy's confusion deepens. He thought Elder Derek would reveal his lie. It seems he didn't sell him out.
"Why would he do that?" Jeremy thinks.
He can't help but relate the incident to that of Goldcorp. The Dean and Elder Derek had asked him to drop that matter. Even if he tells this incident, the situation will be the same.
Jeremy decides to stop overthinking it. His background is not weak either. Similarly, the backgrounds of Daniel Stone and Betsy Lowe are not weak.
