Ada seems to be more talkative. So she jumped straight into the topic. Knowing her well, Sinag shakes her head before saying, "There is no emergency mission."
"I wanted you guys to see Jeremy Night, that's all," She added.
Hearing that everyone was surprised. Ada was curious. She knows about the newcomer as well. Everyone had witnessed Jeremy Night's strength that day.
But it was not enough to make their Captain enthusiastic.
Florence, Amelia and Ruby were watching in silence. Though they are Tier-3 Beast Tamers. But Sinag and Ada were seniors to them.
Similarly, Fredrick and Albert were seniors. George and Cedric were juniors. Now they have a newcomer. So Jeremy Night is junior to them.
They were also curious to know why their Captain was impressed.
Sinag Clark looks at everyone before making a call to Jeremy Night. She is aware that Jeremy Night must be in his room.
Jeremy Night, who was practising the new blade technique, receives the call. He attended the call. Then he hears from Sinag Clark.
"Jeremy, all the members have come. They were waiting for you. If you could come here, we can do a quick introduction."
"So it won't be awkward when we do missions"
Hearing that, Jeremy felt it was not a bad idea. But he asked her to give 20 minutes. He wants to get a shower first before doing anything.
Sinag agreed before ending the call.
He then sheaths his katana blade. He walked out of the training room and went to take a shower.
About 20 minutes later, he walks out of the bath and changes into fresh uniform clothes. He then exited the room and went to meet the new team members on the first floor.
Upon arriving there a few minutes later. He saw that everyone was seated in the welcoming area. Jeremy Night walks up to them. He notices everyone's complexion looks better than before.
That day, he saw that everyone was battered and bruised. It's hard to recognise them then.
Sinag saw him as well.
"Jeremy, come and sit beside me," Sinag said to him.
Jeremy nodded to her before walking up to them. He then nodded to everyone before sitting beside her.
"Finally, I got time to introduce you to team members," Sinag said before starting to introduce team members one by one.
About 10 minutes later,
Sinag is done with the introduction. Jeremy also got a good idea about the people. Among the male members, two seemed to be enthusiastic. The other two were silent.
Among the females, one in the combat uniform was more talkative. The other three members simply nodded to me.
Jeremy was fine with this introduction.
Sinag sighs in her heart. The introduction meeting went better than she had expected. It was possible because they had witnessed Jeremy Night's strength before.
No one can argue against him when it comes to strength. Then, more importantly, Jeremy Night was personally recruited by their Team leader Gisela Reyes.
The Head of the Organisation, Neil, has approval as well. So there is no way they could oppose anything here. Even if they had any dissatisfaction, they would hide it in their heart.
"Jeremy, you can even fight without relying on your lifeline beast. I guess you are alone capable of handling difficult missions," Ada said with a smile.
The other three female beast tamers were surprised. Because they failed to notice it earlier.
"Kid, you were supposed to be in the top 3 zones. But you have somehow got into our organisation," Fredrick said in a serious tone.
Jeremy doesn't want to talk about this topic. So he tried to change the discussion.
"So what happened to the previous member?" He asked.
The next second, there is a pin-drop silence. Everyone's expression was dark and ugly. They didn't expect such a question from the newcomer.
Their last member was murdered. Nobody is in the mood to speak about it.
Florence, Amelia and Ruby's expressions change. It was not an easy topic to open up. Especially, they don't want to do it right now.
The three female Beast Tamers stood up to leave.
Ada let out a sigh. She knows this was not the right time to discuss. But she didn't expect a newcomer to bring this out.
Sinag stood up to stop them. But the trio left the place.
"Newcomer, you have ruined team bonding before we could go on the team mission," Fredrick said in a displeased tone.
Albert didn't say much but he wanted to leave as well. They have all met with their new member. There is a point in staying further here.
"You guys," Sinag uttered.
But she was not expecting Jeremy to ask about the late member.
"Alright, since the meeting was over. We are leaving. If there is a mission next time, then inform us." After saying that, Fredrick left.
Then Albert stood up and left. Then George and Cedric left the place as well. Only Ada was remaining there. She has lost interest as well.
She then looks at Jeremy and asks, "Don't tell me you haven't done a team mission before."
"Yes," Jeremy replied.
"I knew it," Ada uttered in surprise.
She then turned towards Sinag Clark and said, "Good luck."
Then she walks out of the place. Jeremy's eyes flashed with confusion.
"Jeremy, you have crossed a line," Sinag said.
"I was asking about the previous member," Jeremy replied.
Sinag shakes her head in helplessness. Seeing that Jeremy then said, "I'm going back to my room."
When he left the place. Sinag collected her thoughts.
"Why does it feel like he did it deliberately?" She thought.
She then left the place and went back to her room.
These scenes were all watched by the people who walked past the place. Some of the staff were at the scene as well. They don't know what caused everyone's sudden departure.
Then they thought it must be the newcomer. They can't wait to get the news. But unfortunately, Sinag won't allow them to do anything.
