“The opponent is Di Esi,” Tian Buluo’s eyes lit up with excitement.
However, the expressions on the faces of the other powerhouses of the large clans following Lin Shen and Tian Buluo were less than thrilled.

The booming voice echoed through the skies, reaching the ears of everyone present.
The Elephant Man’s bellow was supposed to rally the Ascenders of his own battle team to shout the slogan together.
But with his cry, not only did the Ascenders of his own team begin to shout, but the Ascenders from the opposing side unexpectedly joined in as well.
In such a situation, nobody wanted to fight; they’d come to participate in the race ranking battle to make a name for themselves and for the honor of their races, not to be cannon fodder.

“Alright,” Di Esi also stepped forward. He had not anticipated that the other side would also rally such a massive force.

A one-on-one battle might be the best way to resolve this. As long as they could hold on until the end of the elimination round, the crisis would naturally be averted.
Lin Shen felt this was for the best and hoped their battle wouldn’t end too quickly, preferably lasting until the countdown of the elimination round.
“For today’s battle, shall we only compare skills?” Di Esi floated across from Tian Buluo and proposed.
“What if we can’t determine a victor?” Tian Buluo asked.
“Then we’ll fight again in the ranking battle,” Di Esi was afraid that if they fought with all their might and accidentally involved bystanders, the consequences would be unimaginable.
With so many Ascenders around, if chaos were to ensue, even without actual fighting, it could lead to a catastrophe beyond control.
“Alright,” Tian Buluo nodded slightly and entered the Unity of Heaven and Man state.
