The red beam of light that emitted from Death Powder effortlessly sliced a massive rock into two halves with a single strike.
The red light flashed over the surface of the rock, which seemed unchanged at first, but when Death Powder gently swiped its tail over the rock, it split apart from the middle and fell to the sides, the cut as smooth as a mirror.
“It seems the destructive power is not a problem, huh? Besides the color being different from the True Extreme Slaying Evil Divine Light, there doesn’t seem to be any other difference.” Lin Shen breathed a sigh of relief within his heart; as long as the destructive power was sufficient, it was fine.
Lin Shen reached out and pulled, and Death Powder’s body straightened, transforming into the shape of a spear.
Waving it a few times, he thrust the spear forward and the red light that burst from the tip condensed at a point, silently piercing through the rock that had been cut in half.
Lin Shen finally noticed the difference; the True Extreme Slaying Evil Divine Light possessed the power to directly penetrate atomic nuclei, causing terrifying explosions when used—to say it could rub atomic bombs was not an overstatement.
However, the True Extreme Slaying Evil Death Light, despite its powerful destructive force, did not cause explosions—it simply cut and pierced through things straightforwardly.
Although the destructive force was strong, it was clearly different from the True Extreme Slaying Evil Divine Light.
Lin Shen was unsure whether this difference was good or bad, but he knew that with Death Powder’s level of destructive force, ordinary Nirvana Cultivators would probably not be able to withstand it.
Death Powder in Lin Shen’s hand was alternately rigid and flexible, like a whip or a spear—its whip strikes were like red silk threads that would split anything it touched in half, the destructive power was just too terrifying.

Upon reaching the Ring Mountain where the Three-Headed Dragon resided, he saw the dragon lying on a stone platform within the mountain, resting.
Its body was made of silver crystals, and its six dragon wings looked extremely domineering.
Lin Shen directly summoned Jiweis the Dragon Hunter, planning to use him as bait to lure out the Three-Headed Dragon.

Death Powder, like a red bolt of lightning, instantly penetrated the body of the Three-Headed Dragon, causing it to let out a terrible scream.
Lin Shen’s main goal was to tame the Three-Headed Dragon, not kill it, so his strike was not aimed at its vitals. Though the Three-Headed Dragon seemed severely injured, the blow was not lethal.
The Death Powder turned back and returned to Lin Shen’s hand. Lin Shen pointed at the Three-Headed Dragon as he leapt into the air, but the dragon still showed no sign of submission.
Lin Shen threw the Death Powder like a javelin once again, and the Three-Headed Dragon’s three heads roared in unison. The Green Crystal, Silver Crystal, and Gold Crystal shields emerged from their respective Attribute Bases simultaneously.
A green halo that looked like a transparent bubble blossomed on the Green Crystal Shield, while the Silver and Gold Crystal Shields each emitted their own halos of silver and gold light.
The combination of the three halos formed a translucent bubble that protected the Three-Headed Dragon’s body.
The javelin-like Death Powder struck the transparent bubble, which shimmered and shockingly failed to pierce it.
Lin Shen was extremely surprised. Since he intended to capture it alive, he didn’t allow the Death Powder to use the True Extreme Slaying Evil Death Light. However, even without it, the inherent power of the Death Powder should have been unstoppable by an Ascension Level creature.
That the Three-Headed Dragon could block the Death Powder’s attack with just this defensive skill was somewhat astonishing.
“As expected of a rare Three-Rooted Being, its abilities are a bit twisted!” Lin Shen was even more eager to tame this Three-Headed Dragon as his mount.
He flew into the sky, caught the returning Death Powder, and began using it like a whip, casting a red whip shadow that struck the Three-Headed Dragon’s translucent bubble-like halo.
The whip shadow, transformed from the True Extreme Slaying Evil Death Light, tore through the halo bubble, which could withstand over a thousand points of Strength Attribute attacks, as if it were as fragile as paper.
The whip shadow struck the Green Crystal Shield directly, chipping off a corner and causing significant damage to the Three-Headed Dragon.
Lin Shen then lashed out at the Silver and Gold Crystal Shields. The Three-Headed Dragon, not daring to take another hit, frantically withdrew its Attribute Bases.
With another whip strike, Lin Shen inflicted a wound on the Three-Headed Dragon’s body, this time without using the True Extreme Slaying Evil Death Light.
The Three-Headed Dragon turned to flee back to Ring Mountain, but Lin Shen threw the Death Powder. Its speed was unbelievably fast, quickly wrapping around the Three-Headed Dragon’s body. The red rope-like Death Powder stretched to an extraordinary length, binding the massive body of the dragon securely and sending it crashing to the ground from the air.
“Still not submitting?” Lin Shen frowned at the Three-Headed Dragon. If it still refused to submit, then the chances of it ever doing so were slim.
Creatures that resolutely defy capture would likely never submit in the future.
Just as Lin Shen was beginning to feel disappointed, one of the Three-Headed Dragon’s heads opened its mouth and spat out a mini key carved from Green Crystal.
As Lin Shen was overjoyed and about to collect the Pet Key, the central head also opened its mouth and produced a Pet Key, this one carved from Silver Crystal.
The last head too opened wide, emitting a Gold Crystal Pet Key from within.
“What’s going on? How can one pet have three Pet Keys?” Lin Shen was somewhat puzzled but still collected all three keys before retracting the Death Powder, freeing the Three-Headed Dragon.
Watching the Three-Headed Dragon fly into the air, its three heads lifted in unison to let out a dragon’s roar before zooming down and landing before Lin Shen, stirring up clouds of dust.
All three heads stretched out toward Lin Shen, opened their mouths, and it was with the three keys that Lin Shen finally turned the Three-Headed Dragon into a Pet Capsule with three keyholes.
