The research work for Dream Paradise Resort lasted for a whole week.
During this week, Jiang Cheng finally witnessed Mr. Li’s earnest and rigorous work attitude. He led a group of Xinghan Hotel executives, working tirelessly from morning till night, almost delving into every corner of the resort.
From large-scale architectural facilities like Hongwan Airport and Swan Port to each room in small-scale buildings like restaurants and hotels, it can be said that they thoroughly inspected both the inside and outside of the entire Dream Paradise Resort.
During this period, Jiang Cheng also followed Mr. Li and his team, participating in several motivational and deployment meetings.
The main content of the meetings involved the future operation, management, and maintenance of Dream Paradise Resort, as well as planning, development, and construction of subsequent lands, in short, very comprehensive.
Before this, Mr. Li had been in charge of a large multinational conglomerate like the Jiang Group, so handling a small Dream Paradise Resort was evidently easy for him.
Jiang Cheng found these tedious things uninteresting, so later he simply stopped attending, delegating everything to Mr. Li while acting as a hands-off manager himself. Every day, he drove Hai, accompanied by the beautiful Guan Xiaofei, cruising around Jade Island, living carefree and at ease...
They toured from the northern volcanic column groups to the southern Deep Sea Blue Cave, and then from the western Angel Beach to the eastern Dream Bay.
They also stayed in the newly completed various sea view villas, palm suites, and primitive huts, one after another.
According to Guan Xiaofei’s original words, they were test sleeping, in order to provide fair evaluations as a basis for future service improvements in Dream Paradise Resort.
And for Jiang Cheng, he had a pretty good time these days, especially while diving in the Blue Cave and swimming in the lagoon with Guan Xiaofei.
This young lady, claiming to be here for the scenery, yet brought a whole suitcase full of various swimsuits: one-piece, skirt styles, strap styles, bikinis... well, it was quite an eye feast for Jiang Cheng.
Of course, they weren’t just having fun; they accomplished a lot of serious work too.
That was photographing a set of scenic record albums for Jade Island.
This album almost encompasses Jade Island’s most unique and pure natural scenery, including the majestic grandeur of the volcanic columns, the picturesque romance of the trailing beaches, and more, practically a cinematic record of Jade Island’s impressions.
As a Royal Photographer of Ying Country, Guan Xiaofei holds profound expertise in photography, having twice won the annual Awards of the Ying RPS, which is a prestigious accolade in the global photography field.
This time visiting Jade Island, Guan Xiaofei also brought a full set of photographic equipment. Accompanied by Jiang Cheng, the experienced driver, they overcame mountains and crossed seas, investing a lot of effort, and finally completed this precious record album.
According to Guan Xiaofei’s words, she will take this album to pursue her third annual Awards trophy.
For photographers, especially seasoned ones like Guan Xiaofei, the hardest thing to find is such fleeting inspiration in extreme scenery.
Some photographers travel the world to capture ideal works, yet often the result is high effort but low gain, because despite the abundance of scenery, inspiration and luck are also needed. Lacking either would make the captured work soulless, unsatisfactory.
However, evidently, after coming to Jade Island and witnessing its naturally endowed, seamless natural scenery, Guan Xiaofei’s inspiration overflowed, effortlessly capturing numerous satisfying works.
Moreover, concerning the upcoming promotional plans, Guan Xiaofei also made a chest-pounding assurance to Jiang Cheng, promising to take charge of everything and guarantee showcasing the best side of Jade Island to dazzle the world’s eyes.
Hearing these words, Jiang Cheng was also very pleased.
He was quite reassured about Guan Xiaofei; after all, she is the editor-in-chief of National Geographic magazine and a famous influencer on Weibo, with substantial influence in both the tourism and photography circles. Letting her handle this matter was undoubtedly the right choice.
A small Carnival cruise ship slowly entered Swan Port.
Jiang Cheng stood at the pier, waving goodbye to Guan Xiaofei, Mr. Li, and some of the Xinghan Hotel’s executives.
According to the division established earlier, Guan Xiaofei would return to Hua Country to prepare for the next promotional activities of Jade Island, while Mr. Li and others would return to the Philippines to deploy the formal relocation of the hotel.
The overall relocation of the Xinghan Hotel is no small matter; the issues involved are extremely complex, so Mr. Li needed to personally return to oversee it.
Currently, the work at Dream Paradise Resort will be continued by other hotel executives, preparing adequately for the soon-to-arrive first batch of tourists.

After seeing off Guan Xiaofei and the others, Jiang Cheng hurried back to the villa, throwing himself into the second phase of Dream Paradise Resort’s construction.

Upon returning to the villa, Jiang Cheng didn’t bother to rest, directly taking out his phone to open the building system of the Tycoon Island app.
This research work also made Jiang Cheng realize many existing deficiencies in Dream Paradise Resort, and some auxiliary building facilities needed further improvement.
Furthermore, most importantly, a substantial number of Xinghan Hotel staff will arrive at Jade Island soon.
The accommodation and daily life of so many people pose a significant issue.
Based on Jiang Cheng’s current plan, to better serve Jade Island, he decided to build a batch of employee apartments and facilities to aid their daily life and work.
Jiang Cheng’s fingers moved, and in an instant, various apartments appeared before him.
After careful DIY combinations, an unusually styled, luxuriously looking wave-shaped building appeared in Jiang Cheng’s sight.
The exterior walls of the whole building were adorned with a layer of deep blue Spanish tiles, without any sharp angles, forming gentle wave shapes from light to deep colors. From afar, it looked like a vast ocean surface stood upright, magnificent and colorful.
On top of the building was a massive spiral shape, resembling the vortex of the sea, with a white sea anemone-shaped clock tower in the center of the vortex, possessing a classical aesthetic beauty.

In fact, a single small residential apartment wouldn’t cost so much normally, but Jiang Cheng spent extra on its aesthetics and style, causing the cost to soar.
This single residential apartment could only accommodate less than 1,000 people. According to the budget, the number of Xinghan Hotel employees soon to reside in Dream Paradise Resort would amount to 7,000.
Considering this, Jiang Cheng made a grand gesture by building a total of seven!
As for the construction site, Jiang Cheng chose a small bay in the southern part of Dream Paradise Resort, near Upper River Bay.
Upper River Bay has yet to be developed, but the scenery is quite nice, with beach, coconut grove, lagoon, and other seaside views all available. According to Jiang Cheng’s plan, this small bay could serve as a welfare gift to the Jade Island employees, and in the future, more apartments and other living facilities will be continuously built to facilitate the employees’ daily lives.
The seven wave-shaped Bartolo Apartments lined up along Upper River Bay would undoubtedly construct a different scenery, enough to become a landmark building here.
